Omega was one of the 2 companies that willing to go out to the house, while it was still on escrow. It's not easy to find a remodeling company that wanted to meet the client that hadn't has the title in their hand yet, so I applauded them for that. They sent this guy Mike K, and while I described to him how I wanted the changes in the bathroom to look like, he drew it like the way I exactly wanted. The other company didn't even come close to what I wanted, and suggested other items but still charging the same estimate. Hm... that was the easy decision on why I chose Omega. Granted that some things couldn't be done, in my case, the sliding closet door wasn't doable due to the load-bearing wall and space wise, so we opted for the regular swing door instead, but that's just minor hiccup. I also got to choose everything that I wanted in the bathroom, as long as it's within the budget restraint. Yeah, I blew that budget out, but that's my own fault that I prepared to take as Mike informed me that personalized things might go up as 10% above your initial budget. I went way passed that, but you know what? I'm pretty happy with the result. They didn't finish at the time constraint that I gave them which was 2 weeks, but it was just off by a day or two, and until now a month later, I'm still blown away by the result. You have to see the before and after, I love it! David, the guy who managed the project was really nice and assuring when I stumbled upon problems that I saw during the demolition. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. We hired them to stucco and paint our home and paid for their 30 year warranty which guaranteed that it would not need repair due to chipping, cracking, etc. after two seasons we have chipping, peeling and cracking on three sides of our house. We have been attempting to contact the company to have them honor the warranty for the last six months with no results- they have never once returned a call-the owner, the contractor or the company itself. Bought the windows back in 2018 when the company REASSURED me that I will not have any dust come in the house and noise with the window brand they work with, Anlin Windows. Windows were installed all around the house. I have constant dust in the house (my old windows were better than what I have now). Even though I was told we would have less noise because of the double pane windows, it sounds as if we have single pane. I fell for the sales pitch and now regret it. The pictures with the dust on the window sill and my furniture are from the last windy week we had in the Valley. Please do your homework and check out how well the brands of windows really do do their job of not getting dust and noise in your home. We contacted Omega orginally....my husband made a very thorough review and truly appreciate it.... Omega made it seem under the pretense there was some disorder between company and client and their was NEVER According to Elizabeth...I want to make sure when it comes to dealing with a company their shouLd NEVER BE such a ring of error of communication and then blame the customer and apologies be made later... Run a business accordingly.. I can not attest to a smooth transition with Omega and I will share this on "Pacific Hills" website and BBB... this is absurd.... Update: Omega will be at our home again on December 18,2017. To sign a contract and to finish the paint job I called Elizabeth Puello at 12:03 pm December 13, 2017 to notify her this doesn't work and today would be the best day for us since they have inconvenienced my husband and I for weeks we received an email from Elizabeth Puello at 12:12 pm (NOT RETURNING MY PHONE CALL, apparently she was in a meeting with the OWNER of the company for the next 20 min.) confirming December 18.... still reported to BBB no communication or straightforward from Omega home remodeling. Update: We recently were told that since we did not sign the contract by email, an email that DID NOT INCLUDE the contract by the way we have proof of email and we did not take our yelp review down they can not do business with us and due to distasteful words between client n employees which NEVER happened. I am giving them only 2 stars because, although I signed a contract and gave a down payment on Jan 25, I have yet to even get a courtesy call or email from the company concerning the french door and windows they were contracted to install. Also, I asked for an estimate on a remodel and haven't received anything on it. You can bet that this will be the last time I do business with this company. They got my lead like a referral from 3-rd party company, so it wasn't my choice. After we setuped appointment somebody from their office start calling me 3-4 times/per day and asking for confirmation. I confirmed it, but they continue calling with the same issue, i confirm it second time and that's it. Got confirmation email with address, time and day. If you think that they stop calling - your are wrong, somebody call me every day after that ... I tried to return their call - nobody didn't take that call and going to voicemail. BTW, the phone number which they used is registered by few other companies (PropertyRadar, Shereza Baksh, Real Estate Executives) ... so i guess that it's kind of the phone center or pool and you never know who is calling. Anyway long story short - After booking an appointment, confirming 2 times, nobody come or notify me that appointment was cancelled ! read more

I had taken down my original review thinking it was a misunderstanding with the contractors. They had promised to take care of some poor workmanship my moms house and start and finish the second phase of the remodel/ garage conversion. They took advantage of an elderly woman with limited English. They were always too busy on other jobs to complete what they started. I called them over for a meeting with the agent and the contractor to straighten things out. The contractor was telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about and he was raising his voice. After I was able to calm the situation he agreed to take care of the issues in my moms kitchen only after I took down the previous negative review. They did messy work on the roof. The removed the solar rechargeable security lights and never reinstalled them. The kitchen cabinets had a lot of flaws. The trim pieces for the kitchen cabinets were not flush with the ceiling (lots of gaps). The only reason my mom took out a large home loan with them was to convert the garage and rent it out. The garage work should have been started October 2018 and now the agreement expired and she has to reapply for another another loan and needs to find another contractor to to so the work. I have never dwelt with such an unprofessional business. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. If you should consider getting them to work for you please, I invite you come see the work they did on my moms house. Pictures they post here do no tell the real story. read more

Within five years and over $11,000 later, I have a leaky roof and have not received a response after my speaking to two representatives and leaving voice messages. My leak has caused damages to other areas of the home...I should have been alerted when I initially had a leak within a month of the roof remodel. I recently hired Omega home remodeling to paint the inside of my 2000 sq ft home and initially things looked on the up and up. We worked out the specifics to the job with Will and they were to start the job immediately. Below are the issues that we have had with them within last 7 days: 1. They scheduled a day to began to paint and did not show up. 2. They sent two workers to paint the house and it took those two workers over 4 hours or more to paint a guest bedroom (could be the standard). When we reached out to one of the painters he explained that he had been removed from the job until further notice. He had no other explanation for us. 3. They promised to return the next week, but has not shown up still to date. 4. Attempted Communicate via text, email, and phone but have not received a single call back acknowledging our concerns 5. Inquired about cabinets and they were supposed to provide a quote but never did. There is more but I think you get the point. I am not sure if this is a legitimate business or not because I just could not imagine any company having these types of work ethics and be legitimate. I am a newly disabled retired veteran trying to adjust to my new life as a civilian and my first interaction outside of my realtors have been this company and they have failed me and my family miserably. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are considering using them, I would relook your decision hard. I chose this company mainly for the reviews that they posses on this site and it appears that my experience for some reason has been drastically different from others for some reason. The good thing is we have kept all correspondence (emails, text, and VMs) to refute any denials of the above claims. We are also looking for other ways to share our experience with this company. I hired Omega to install a new roof. They actually cold called me and by coincidence, I was thinking of replacing a very old and tattered roof. I found the company to be very customer focused and eager to perform the job correctly and on-time. The sales person was very thorough and patiently explained all possible pricing options. The crew was courteous and tried very hard for the work to not inconvenience us. They completed the work on-time as promised and the roof looked great! The project manager, David, was great, very responsive and kept me informed of the progress and the next steps. My only complaint is with their front office. The front office set up the dates for the inspection and the crew. I forgot her name, but the woman assigned to my job was SO disorganized and forgetful that every conversation was frustrating and eventually the work ended up starting much later than I wanted because of her. She also never picked up the her direct line during the company's posted business hours and flippantly threw out the "I had a family emergency" excuse more than once. I finally had to call her supervisor for help. I would use the Omega again, but would make sure I wasn't assigned that same front office woman. I can't remember her name, but she used the term "hon" a lot. read more

I hired Omega Home Remodeling to replace windows and my roof. The staff was so nice and the workers did a excellent job of the windows and roof. I thought something was wrong with the roof cause i could hear water running, I called Elizabeth and she was so nice had a worker out in a couple of hours to look at it. Found out it was water running down the rain gutter and all was well with the roof . The worker did a inspection of the roof inside and outside found it was the gutters. Ross of Omega Home Remodeling came out to our home in June 2017. He sold us on the paint and windows. I was very hesitate at first, but my husband was impressed and wanted to go forward with the work. The Windows were done first and the guys that came out were very good and completed the insolation in a very satisfactory time frame. The two young men done a great job of cleaning up after they were done with the job. Our next phase of the contract was the Life paint. Again I was hesitate I was not sure that the cost of life paint was something I wanted to invest in. However, we went with it. The paint color and the new windows made my house stand out on our street. Everyone was asking about it. I am pleased with how my house looks. read more

I have had nothing but trouble with Omega since they remodel my home. They lied about what my monthly payments would be through THE HERO PROGRAM. I reported to them that the locks of the French Doors they installed were strip. My paint is chipping. The peep hole in my new front door won't staying closed. I can even lock up my home. I guess now my family and I should get murdered in the night with unlocked doors. I'm calling and texting leaving message after message and no one is responding. I am not a happy customer. read more

There sell's person came out to home quoted me prices, showed me what my monthly payments would be. And I was in formed even though I was on Worker's Comp I would be able to write off the remodel on my taxes even though I was getting taxes free money. I was also informed that the remodel and the HERO Program would not effect my taxes. Not only did it effect my taxes by my mortgage payments increased over 800.00 a month. Now thanks to Omega lying to me just to get a remodeling job, I'm trying my hold on to my home. There sell's people are liars and will say and do anything to get you to sign off on a so call deal. I was called by Omega Home Remodeling by their team members and I scheduled them to come to my home for an estimate on dual pane windows and insulated cool wall paint. The guy that came out he was really cool and respectful. I did scrutinize the paint a bit to see if it was just really thick paint,but it wasn't. He showed me a sample and another sample that was aged in the sun for a very long time. After all that I decided to go with both cool wall insulated paint and dual pane windows as I think they would go hand and hand. The price estimate was much lower based on other companies out there. I would refer them to a friend or family members if they need energy efficient upgrades as well. read more
