It was a tricky problem. Ken found that an outlet in an adjacent bedroom had burnt wire due to loose connection. After Ken replaced the wire and outlet, power was restored to the master. They did a great detective work and they solved a difficult problem! I will surely get their help next time I have electrical issue and recommend them to others.

If I could, I would not even select 1 star on Yelp for this company. Their business practices are more interested in your money than performing a service to you!
