It only took about 5 min and the end result was my watch fitting on my arm perfectly. The owner is very friendly and offers service in both English and Vietnamese. Inside the store were lots of watches and jewelry which were fairly priced just like his services. This watch band adjustment only cost me $10 compared to a place like Jared's quoting me $25! Second time - I brought in a bracelet that was a gift, and the cap fell off.
