The kicker, it was during the New Years holiday weekend where most small businesses take extra time off. The big businesses/jewlers that were open didn't even want to look at my watch. Quick and friendly service. Took only about 10 min. Cost $10. A bit difficult to find as there is no signage specific to their business on the road. They are in booth 27 inside Building D located at the back of the Flea Market. Save yourself some time and disappointment, and just hit J&J up first.

Don't know why this place doesn't have more reviews on here…read more I brought in a gold necklace that had separated for a repair. When speaking with the two women at the desk they seemed very knowledgeable of the build of my necklace as well as other pieces. They were able to provide me a very fair price for the repair, and everything went very smoothly. They are very professional in that images are taken of all pieces brought in, all pieces are properly measured and included in a copy to your account which you have access to. I also asked about possibly repairing and altering a ring I had, changing the stone and a few other things. They were able to provide me a good quote and kept in contact while seeking new stones and pieces for their shop. All in all very happy with the service here. The location is small but very clean and nicely set up. I have already suggested this location to friends and family, all of which were very satisfied with the service and product. I waited about 6 months to post this review and the repair has stayed strong through all of it.

I felt that the price might've been just a little high only by maybe five dollars, but Eddy got right to it and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. So, to me, it was worth the price because of the prompt service. The bottom line is I can trust this man. Between my wife and I, we have a lot of gold. Things just break from wear and tear and Eddy seems to be able to fix a lot of things while you wait, which means the world to me. And as I mentioned he's definitely capable. We walked in a few weeks ago and spoke with Greg and he and his colleague (I'm sorry I did not get her name) both went above and beyond to assist while we looked for a wedding band to go with the wedding ring we had picked. We found one we liked but needed it in gold so we left, but Greg followed up as promised leaving a voicemail letting me know he tried to find the ring in gold but was unable to. I appreciated the follow up. A few days later he texted that they had some new options come in we might like and again I really appreciated the follow up without ever being remotely pushy. We walked in a few days later and although Greg wasn't working it was more than fine because Karen gave us a warm welcome, got us taken care of, asked us if we were planning on soldering the rings together or not which we hadn't even thought of and so appreciated the suggestion, and then left with the new wedding band. I was intent on either getting a ring from them or an antique store and I am so happy with the outcome. Thank you Greg and Karen!!
