When speaking with the two women at the desk they seemed very knowledgeable of the build of my necklace as well as other pieces. They were able to provide me a very fair price for the repair, and everything went very smoothly. They are very professional in that images are taken of all pieces brought in, all pieces are properly measured and included in a copy to your account which you have access to. I also asked about possibly repairing and altering a ring I had, changing the stone and a few other things. They were able to provide me a good quote and kept in contact while seeking new stones and pieces for their shop. All in all very happy with the service here. The location is small but very clean and nicely set up. I have already suggested this location to friends and family, all of which were very satisfied with the service and product. I waited about 6 months to post this review and the repair has stayed strong through all of it.

I had a bracelet that needed a link removed that I purchased from Kay Jewelers. I haven't had an opportunity to stop before but we were at the mall and I was left wandering alone. I walked over and there was one gentleman at the counter talking to I believe the owner. He stopped and asked how we could help me and I showed him what I had. He gave me a price and I said okay let's do it. He had me leave the bracelet with him and said it would be ready in about half an hour. He didn't take any information from me but since he came while recommended I trusted him. I went back and wandered through some other stores in the mall while kind of looking for my family. Roughly a half hour later I wandered back over and he had a couple of other customers at the counter. I walked over and waited and he brought it over and showed to me and put it on my wrist so that I could see if it fit the way I wanted. It turned out exactly like I was looking for and the price he charged was very reasonable. If I had other jewelry that needed repair I would definitely bring it to him to see if it's something he could work on. I was very happy with the service and the price here.
