Over a 4-month period, I've visited 6 different jewelers, and even made an impulsive decision and purchased an overpriced ring. I hate the feeling of being pressured to purchase something. I did not get that feeling from the associates at IDC. Instead, I was welcomed by a lovely lady named DENICE who was very patient and taught me everything that I know about diamonds. Combined with ALY, they were able to show me multiple rings that sparked my interest. Budget was a concern at first and they did their best to stay within it. Ok... Maybe more than their best. They actually went to other IDCs, and placed diamonds aside for me since I was able to find the perfect setting. JACK was willing to make the drives and was a true assist to Aly and Denice when they were out. The environment was calm and cool. We were all comedians at times. It helps with spending. The Mega backing is important to me. I was heaving second thought due to the over sized of the rose bud earring but it was the only one that has mega backing on it at that time. We purchased it anyway but before we left I was just not happy about it. I decided to approach the sales lady which she claimed she's the Store Manager. I requested a refunded but was denied the sales lady Yelitza Gagliarid just offered a extension of 45 days for refund saying they will call me prior to 45 days and that they should have more earrings with mega backing arriving due to Holidays approaching. Holiday's went by no one called. Oct 1,2025 we have a 10 mo old great grandbaby dropped off to us by dcf, due to this unexpected addition in our quite retiree life style I totally forgot all about it. ( our g- grandbaby is a blessing we are going to adopting her). Today Feb 9,2026 we went back to the store and spoke to Yelitza again, she will not let us speak to anyone but herself It is very sad and frustrating, she declined our request but she offered a Double Upgrade meaning I have to spend $2.990.00 in abled to exchanged. I haven't had an opportunity to stop before but we were at the mall and I was left wandering alone. I walked over and there was one gentleman at the counter talking to I believe the owner. He stopped and asked how we could help me and I showed him what I had. He gave me a price and I said okay let's do it. He had me leave the bracelet with him and said it would be ready in about half an hour. He didn't take any information from me but since he came while recommended I trusted him. I went back and wandered through some other stores in the mall while kind of looking for my family. Roughly a half hour later I wandered back over and he had a couple of other customers at the counter. I walked over and waited and he brought it over and showed to me and put it on my wrist so that I could see if it fit the way I wanted. It turned out exactly like I was looking for and the price he charged was very reasonable. If I had other jewelry that needed repair I would definitely bring it to him to see if it's something he could work on. I was very happy with the service and the price here.

Beware of Bellagio Jewelers - Dishonest, unprofessional, and careless!…read more My wedding ring broke in less than a month of wearing it -- a diamond had completely fallen out. On July 15th, I brought it to Bellagio Jewelers for repair. They took my ring, gave me a ticket, and even wrote down my phone number incorrectly, which meant I never got a single update. After weeks of me calling and chasing them, they finally told me on August 1st my ring was "ready." When I went to pick it up, it was immediately clear they had no idea what they were doing. They were completely confused about the insurance coverage I had purchased, and kept calling a so-called "manager" who apparently never works there -- and may not even exist. When they finally brought out my ring, I was horrified. Instead of properly repairing it, they had done what looked like a cheap, sloppy patch job. The diamonds looked dusty, cracked, and glued together. Where one of my three rectangle diamonds should have been, they had filled the space with half a broken diamond and a tiny mismatched stone. There was still a gaping hole where the original diamond had fallen out! My ring looked ten times worse after their "repair" than it did before I brought it in. Even the women working in the store admitted the jeweler had done a horrendous job. Instead of owning their mistake and replacing the ring, they tried to upsell me on a brand-new ring and told me I just needed to "pay the difference." Absolutely unbelievable. Since August 1st, I've been told my ring was "sent back to the jeweler," but I've had zero calls or updates. I've asked twice to speak to a manager and was told "the manager doesn't work here" -- then the employee quickly backtracked to "he's not here." The dishonesty and lack of accountability is shocking. At this point, I have no confidence in Bellagio Jewelers. They are running what feels like a scam, selling low-quality diamonds and providing terrible service. If I don't hear back immediately, I will have no choice but to report my ring as stolen. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the heartbreak. Do not trust Bellagio Jewelers.
