Simmons is a great place I would 100% recommend to anyone for all of their jewelry needs. Me and my…read moreboyfriend were looking for a chain for the pendant his mother made me (Blessing in disguise by Melissa Rovner) and we found a 18k gold chain of my dreams at Simmons. The only issue was that it was slightly too long for my liking. So they offered to add a hoop chain at the length I wanted so I didn't have to get rid of the rest of the gold. They did this at no extra charge, going above and beyond. Because of the interactions I had with the lovely employees and owner I decided to take a leap of faith and leave a family heirloom my grandmothers engagement ring she gave to me. Unfortunately it was missing a diamond whe it was gifted to me and needed repair. When I came back to Simmons to pick up my chain and ring both pieces looked amazing and were exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with the result I left some more pieces. 2 rings that needed resizing, a broken chain that needed repairing, and a gold bracelet that needed a couple links removed. I came back about a week later and once again everything looks amazing!!!!! I cannot express how amazing and personable the employees of this shop are. They made me feel so comfortable during the entire process of leaving my family heirlooms to get a bit of a make over. Not only that they are reasonably priced and very trustworthy people you feel like you're leaving your pieces with people who care. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Simmons

I went into Simmons Jewelers to get a highly sentimental, broken gold chain mended. Robin was…read morereally nice and the drop-off process was really quick. Unfortunately after a few weeks of going in and learning that my chain was not ready, they texted me to say that they lost my chain but I could go in and choose another one. My heart was broken but Hannah was really patient and helpful in finding a similar chain and I chose (and paid) for a pendant to go along with it. A couple weeks later I moved to another city when I got a text that they found my chain, so drove the 4 hours round-trip to pick it up. They did a good job, were still friendly and waived the $25 mending fee. Things happen but customer service makes all the difference! I'm thrilled to have had a happy ending by being reunited with my gold chain.

My parents have been customers for years - they had all their jewelry and wedding bands custom made…read morehere - and always raved about the service and quality of work. When it came time for my own engagement ring, I strongly encouraged my now fiancé to purchase it here. Sadly, he did not listen, but I did buy my wedding bands at Maitland Jewelers. First, they inspected my engagement ring, and shared with me the unfortunate news that it was broken. They told me that they could not touch it but instructed me how to get it fixed at the original place, of which I was incredibly grateful. Nothing they had in stock looked good with my engagement ring, but they ordered in a few styles for me to try, that we mutually picked out of a book. When those came in, I didn't love them either, but we ordered a few more to build for a custom piece. They turned out beautifully and I am over the moon happy with. I cannot wait to actually wear the band! I also had earrings custom made out of diamonds from a ring that belonged to my deceased father. They also turned out beautifully and I cannot wait to wear them at my wedding. They ladies who work their, their gemologist/goldsmith - all absolute delights and experts at their craft. I cannot sing their praises enough. If you are on the market for ANY kind of jewelry, or need repairs, I 100000000000% suggest you visit Maitland Jewelers.

One employee was on the phone the whole time roaming the store. She probably should've just went to the back of the house to take her phone call. Not sure if it was personal or business.
