First, they inspected my engagement ring, and shared with me the unfortunate news that it was broken. They told me that they could not touch it but instructed me how to get it fixed at the original place, of which I was incredibly grateful. Nothing they had in stock looked good with my engagement ring, but they ordered in a few styles for me to try, that we mutually picked out of a book. When those came in, I didn't love them either, but we ordered a few more to build for a custom piece. They turned out beautifully and I am over the moon happy with. I cannot wait to actually wear the band! I also had earrings custom made out of diamonds from a ring that belonged to my deceased father. I needed my platinum wedding rings resized and did not want to leave them with just anyone. They helped me immediately, sized my finger, told me the exact process to make the bands larger, and gave me the approximate price for the job. Even better, they gave me a 7-10 day turnaround. Well, in just 7 days flat (and on my birthday to boot), they had my rings ready and looking like they did over 20 years ago! I asked them to fix the problem since they didn't account for the larger size due to the extra beads and they wanted to charge me $125 for a full restring. It's on them that the bracelet was now too big and should have been fixed, so it would fit as it did before the restring. I've been a long time customer, even had a custom necklace and earrings created by them and they don't want to fix their error. So I picked up the pearl bracelet and another diamond bracelet I was planning on getting fixed by them but now I'll have to find a new jeweler for repairs and any other custom or purchases in the future. Such a shame, all due to customer non-satisfaction and bad service.
