I own two watches, a Rolex Explorer II 16570 and a Speedmaster Pro True Hesalite Version Man on the Moon. The difference between the two boutiques of Rolex and Omega @ Northpark Mall is huge. I'm not the typical in appearance Dallas Socialite donning Hermes Belt, high end Jeans and 300$ t shirt. I have tattoos, gauges etc. Going into the Rolex boutique, I was ignored, never spoken to, and as I made my way around the counters, with my wife and kids, I was followed by a gentleman who never greeted me, and just looked at me. I was not impressed with the service or the visit. Going into the Omega boutique was way different. Initially I didn't want to go in, I always feel weird going into high end stores only to browse. I feel people will think your cheap. But I really wanted to try on the Speedmaster to see if it was a good fit after reading it being kind of large on the wrist. So glad I did. Keep in mins it was me, my wife and three kids. All under 7 years old lol. They greeted us and while I tried on the speedy with this younger boutique associate who was really sweet. My wife was greeted by another worker and offered her and my kids some bottled water. Such a breath of fresh air when a store understands basic elements of customer service fundamentals. By simply greeting us and having a general courtesy towards us made a huge impression. I eventually purchased a Speedmaster pro and frankly while I also have a Rolex, I'm not in a rush to ever go back to the boutique and browse at all for a new one. Thanks Omega Boutique for standing out. Keep doing that. Remember, not all people with money look like they have money. I saw Adam Sandler at a beach once, wearing old basketball shorts, a T-shirt with holes in it, and old shoes. You never know who you are dealing with, treat all customers kindly like Omega does, it's a recipe for success and repeat customers. read more

I took my legacy Omega Constellation given to me in 1967 as a birthday gift by my parents on my 21st birthday to this "high end" boutique for a total reconditioning. The watch was stopping daily and the auto-wind feature was not working, had signs of wear and tear, but was keeping good time when it was running. Omega purportedly shipped the watch to Switzerland and kept the watch from 5/7/2024, when I left it at their Boutique and returned it 1/3/2025, a period of roughly 7 months. The charge was $1800.02. I was assured the watch was operating flawlessly and it it's appearance was indeed cosmetically pristine. Unfortunately when I first saw it after 7 months, it was not running. I made sure to wind the stem 50 times assuming it needed to be wound. It will run for a minute and it stops, only to resume running if the watch is mechanically tapped, stopping again after running for a minute or two. I returned the watch to the Omega Boutique requesting it be put in an operable condition. They kept it for 2 1/2 weeks and when I called to check on it, they informed me it was running flawlessly. I picked it up again and, same picture, it would run for a minute or two and stop only to restart if tapped or jarred. Upon querying the Omega Boutique employee about the state of the watch, he informed me that the Boutique does not work on the watches and I'd have to call someone at Swatchgroup (the factory repair shop) to get the situation rectified. I intend to follow through as I would really like to have the watch back and keeping time as it should. This is a cautionary tale, even so called luxury purveyors of service can fail in their mission. read more

I tried to take a look at this shop today to buy a speedmaster as a gift for my father. There was a red rope up at the entrance blocking it so I couldn't enter. There looked to be one female sales associate in the shop and one older couple inside shopping. I stood in front of the rope for about 5 minutes staring at the sales associate who looked up at me several times but never acknowledged my existence or asked me to come in and spend money. What a ridiculous experience. I went to the Omega dealer at the Galleria instead. read more

Best experience I have ever had! I recently came into this store with my fiancé to have some links added to my Omega that I purchased from an authorized dealer. To my surprise, we were greeted with a warm welcome and offered beverages while they located the proper link for my watch. As we waited, Kristi chatted with us about our day and after a few minutes I mentioned we were getting married the following weekend and that was planning on wearing the watch to my wedding. She and the rest of the team were so excited about our upcoming nuptials, that they brought out two glasses of champagne to celebrate. I have only had excellent experiences at the Omega boutique at North Park in Dallas. Tatianna the boutique manager welcomed me warmly every time I entered the boutique, always offering to make a complimentary cup of espresso for me. We have lovely conversation, and the experiences were just like visiting a dear friend. Tatianna invited me to please try on all the newest arrivals from Switzerland, so that I may discover the next piece to add to my ever growing Omega ladies' watch collection. The entire staff was professional and efficient in their assistance with the presentation. I always feel welcome every time I visit the Omega boutique in Dallas. The after-purchase experience at Omega has been very good. The battery in my quartz Omega Constellation timepiece died while it was under warranty, and Omega covered the maintenance service at no charge. It took six weeks for the warranty servicing to be completed, and Omega offered an additional twenty four month warranty from the date of my timepiece leaving the Omega service center. I have recommended several other enthusiastic Omega watch collectors to visit this specific Omega boutique, because I know that Tatianna will ensure a great experience for everyone on their luxury watch shopping journey. read more

Not worthy of a single star, undeniably the absolute worst display of professionalism and customer service at this boutique. I rarely ever, in fact, this may be my first negative review I've written. Typically I see it to be a waste of time to write out and remember the negative experience rather than move on. However, in this particular case with my sanity now in jeopardy from the incompetent ways of the individuals working at this particular store I will write my review in attempt to prevent anyone else going through what I have. My lovely girlfriend purchased a pair of cuff links to go with an Omega watch that I own. Once I heard they were more than $500 I decided it would be best to get her money back and buy something else that I wouldn't lose after wearing less than a handful of times. When trying to get our refund, we were told company policy didn't allow for a refund and that we would have to settle for store credit. Not what I wanted, but I understand, so we proceeded to shop for other accessories. Decided on a cologne and wallet. The wallet had a decent size scuff on the inside, and for a $400 wallet I'd rather it come free of any damage. They said not a problem, they could order a new wallet that would be in early next week (within 5 days). We could then pick up the wallet and be happy on our way. Here is where the fun begins, I was out of the country the following 5 days, went back a week later to pick up the wallet but it was not ready. Not the end of the world, we were told a mistake was made and forgot to add it to their shipped inventory for the week but they did so yesterday and it would be in the following week. Another week goes by, this time we call the store rather than waste time and gas to drive back to the mall. Luckily we did, because once again the wallet still wasn't there. Now, going on the third week we were told they wanted to be honest and that they were unsure of when the actual wallet would come in but volunteered to give us a call. HAHA what a joke right. Now, today, more than a month later we went back in last week (4th week) and asked nicely to know what the hell was going on. None of the stories were adding up, still no wallet, what's the deal?? Excuse after excuse, none that held any bit of credibility. We were told it was now being ordered from another store, two day shipping and it would be in the following Wednesday. Today is that Wednesday, over a month later... and guess what!?!? Still NO WALLET!! My girlfriend goes to pick up the wallet, they try to give her one that was not the same as we purchased. Now they claim to have ordered the wrong wallet from the other store. Please note, this wallet (wrong wallet) was one that was in their inventory over a month ago when I selected a different wallet. Summary: Avoid doing ANY and ALL business with this Omega boutique. Do yourself a favor and go to any other dealer that may have the watch, wallet or whatever accessory you may be looking for. read more

Echoing some of the earlier reviews, these people seem great when purchasing a new watch, but when coming in with a previously purchased item you are treated like filth. Not sure if it was the fact I wore jeans or that I had a vintage watch, they acted like I was an idiot when I asked about locating a shorter band to accommodate my 6.25" wrist. They were clear to point out: "you know that is a very old watch...". I thought the point of buying from Omega was that you could expect reliable service and assistance over the life of your watch. Maybe you can if you live where they're made, but if you live in Dallas, you can watch from the corner of the store while they take your watch to the back as folks purchasing new watches sip Perrier and are fawned over by sharply dressed sales people that occasionally look up to scowl at you. read more

The Omega Boutique at NorthPark is a fantastic experience. Omega has been my first love in terms of luxury watches. In fact, my first luxury watch was the Omega Titanium Planet Ocean which is kinda a GADA (Go Anywhere Do Anything) watch. Anyways, speaking about the experience, I met Cory Crowder, a true gentleman, first time in mid 2016. Not only his knowledge about Omega's mechanical calibers is insightful but the way he explains them is way more impressive. These small things matter to me a lot because I am a watch guy and I would absolutely not deal with a watch company if they don't know what they are selling. The boutique has a wide collection of all Omega watches for both genders. The entire staff is cordial and they would spend time with you before they offer you watches which are suitable to your personality, life style and of course budget. Cory personally has been very helpful in finding some much needed accessories for my watch. Cannot Thank him enough for that. Extremely disappointed. I have many Omega watches and two purchased from this location. I needed repair to one of my watches and felt like they were trying to rip me off. When I told them about water damage they acted like I should have been told how to prevent it. "Where did you get your watch?" "They should have told you" I explained that I purchased it from their location and explained it was never mentioned to me. Following that they could find no record of the sale, 20 minutes later.. he tells me it will have to be shipped off and he would need to quote out all the parts and have them paid in advance. He quoted me $1,750 to start the process. I asked him could we send to get an estimate first? He explained that " Omega will not give estimates" and that this was all he could do. I know you do not go here to get a deal on your watch as they never offer anything below full retail. After continually questioning him about other solutions I decided not to use their services. I wasn't going to except his word for it. The whole experience felt shady. I decided to go direct to Omega. In short, great experience and all taken care of for $550. As a family we have 9 Omega watches and numbers 10 etc will not be coming from here. read more

Went in to order a stainless steel bracelet to compliment my wife's Speedmaster watch. As expected they needed to order it as they didn't have it in stock. They were kind enough to order it and I offered to pay in full which they declined. Was going to take several weeks. I had 3 months before the special occasion I wanted it for so not an issue. 2 weeks later I called. No update but they would have the manager call me back. No call. Called 2 weeks later. Was told it was on order and they would call when it came in. Called 3 weeks later. Needed to call me back. No call received. Called a week or so later. Still didn't have it. At this point they missed the date I was hoping to give it to her. I was done. No more calls. Never heard back from them. Horrible service. read more

So disappointed in this store and Omega in general! I bought my husband a $9,000 watch with my last paycheck before I retired. After owning the watch for about a year with normal wear and tear, the dial became loose. When I took the watch in for repair (still under warranty), they told me that he probably damaged it. I assured them it was simple wear and tear and quoted me $1500 to fix. My husband has bought 4 Omegas and this will be the last. CHOOSE ANOTHER LUXURY WATCH COMPANY where they offer customer service and don't blame the customer. FAIL, Omega! read more

Went here a few months ago looking at watches and they were very kind and welcoming. However, with my college graduation approaching I went last night looking at a Speedmaster to commemorate the occasion. Unlike the last time I went, last night my girlfriend and I were discriminated against based on what I can presume to be our young age. Despite demonstrating my knowledge of the watch and being very kind to the employee I spoke to, he was rude to me the entire time and seemed eager for me to leave. After saving for 3+ years I was very excited at the prospect of buying my dream watch. Thank you Omega, you have made my decision very easy.
