Had two very different (high cost) quotes by two separate repair shops (will remain nameless) and the folks at Central Expressway helped me out for much, much less. The office itself is a little cluttered but they are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. This watch has a good deal of sentimental value to me and I am very pleased to have it back in working condition. One thing: They only accept cash or check so be aware of that when picking up your watch.

I requested a specific watch that I was looking for and the senior sales associate said they didn't have it. She asked if I wanted to fill out an application so I said "yes" and they she proceeded to say that "you aren't going to get it, even if you fill it out". She doesn't even know me. Why ask if I wanted to fill out an application then? I literally just turned around and walked out. I'll definitely go back to giving my business to the Highland Park store and never go back to this Plano store. If management is reading this, they can blame that senior sales associate for this review.
