But they went above and beyond to get my roof in order, fix parts of it that I didn't even realize were in the same scope of roof replacement. They even helped tremendously with the actual purchase of my home and the insurance process (insurers are doubling down on old roofs). Johnny and Keith are both very easy to deal with, communicative and made it clear they had my best interest in mind as the customer. Their crew was on time, incredibly hardworking (they worked approx 16 hours to get the job done in one day), and left my property clean and without nails, debris, etc. When stripping the old roof they found that I had 2 roofs so they got a 2nd dumpster -- but the price didn't change; nor did the timeline. They attached photos from a drone (for insurance, again, very helpful) and they followed up after the job to make sure it was up to par. It was from start to finish a seamless experience, and I can't recommend them enough!

The general contractor hired them to handle all of the electrical needs and they were efficient, friendly and did great work! We were called back promptly to schedule and an appointment was booked very quickly. Once again, the project was handled in an efficient and effective manner and we were left impressed again by the quality work that Brian Andrade Electrical completed. The pricing was fair and reasonable based upon the work completed and we would certainly hire Brian Andrade Electrical again!

Consumer BEWARE…read more Extremely Disappointed - Faulty AC Installation, Water Damage, and No Accountability We hired UBH Heating and Cooling expecting a straightforward AC installation. Instead, we endured over three months of ongoing issues, property damage, and a complete lack of accountability from their team. The problems began when they installed the wrong system. After noticing that our home wasn't cooling properly, they discovered the error and replaced the unit. However, the replacement was not properly tested, which led to more issues: the system was extremely loud, the fan ran continuously for days, and wires were left improperly connected. Most seriously, due to poor installation and a failed safety sensor, the system began to leak water. This leak caused extensive damage to ceilings on both floors of our home, with visible water stains in several rooms. Their only attempt to address the issue was to apply a bleach-and-water solution--a superficial and ineffective treatment. We were told full repairs and repainting would be scheduled, but those promises were never fulfilled. Eventually, the company stopped responding altogether--no follow-ups, no repairs, no accountability. Communication throughout the process was unacceptable. We had to repeatedly follow up, often reaching out to multiple people just to get basic updates or schedule service. Technicians were frequently late and had to return for repairs multiple times, causing us to miss several days of work. During one visit, they left the attic door open despite being asked to close it and left standing water on our shelving--further demonstrating a clear lack of care and respect for our home. This experience has resulted in financial loss, emotional stress, and countless wasted hours. What should have been a routine installation turned into a prolonged and costly ordeal--with no resolution and no responsibility taken. Based on our experience, we strongly do not recommend UBH Heating and Cooling. Their conduct has been unprofessional, careless, and completely unresponsive when problems arise.

He was supposed to clean my mini-split and according to the 'reviews' here (likely posted by friends or paid for), he should not have any problems. The reality was just the opposite. the first clue was that he did not even recognize the indoor unit while he was looking at it. Then he stated that it is impossible to drain and clean the unit inside of the house. He seriously suggested getting a ladder and climbing up to the third floor. When told that it had been done five times this way he had the nerve to challenge this. These are just a few of the highlights. I should not forget to mention that he repeatedly insulted his co-worker by using foul language in front of me. After this experience, I gogled his business and found plenty of reviews that are in agreement with my experience on a different web site.
