I have seen their locksmith van parked in the plaza numerous times after hours. However, they do not even have a business store in the plaza. Their business is not even listed on the plaza entrance signpost. All this driving around for a advertised locksmith with no active address. Their name fits them very well. He also pulls all necessary permits and has passed all inspections with flying colors. Jon has now completed two projects for us. About 6 months ago, he installed new bathroom fans in 4 bathrooms and he recently installed an Electric Vehicle charger in our garage (along with a 60 AMP breaker to support it). They guy who gave us the quote over the phone knew his stuff and was really helpful, and they scheduled an installer to come out the next day. The install probably took 2-3 hours, everything looked clean and professional, and he showed us how to use everything before he left. they had some cool home automation stuff, like door locks and a smart thermostat that we might add later, my fiance was all about it. they called the next day to make sure everything was to our liking. pretty much a perfect experience.

When I asked for the installer code, I was told I "did not have access" to it. This effectively prevents you from using your own hardware with another provider. Only after I sent a certified termination letter did the company suddenly reach out, offering to reset the code, but only if I powered the old panel back on, which I had already replaced. Service quality also declined over the years. One simple sensor installation took nearly an entire day, and phone hold times were often 20 minutes or more. I was also quoted an extremely high price for a basic battery replacement, which came with pressure to sign a new multi‑year contract. I have since switched to a local company that provides full access to my system, transparent pricing, and no long‑term contracts.
