The owner was super knowledgeable and welcoming…read more In conversation he was able to glean the type of new record player I just ordered and give me a valuable insight about the pros of upgrading to one with a counterweight adjustment arm to minimize the long term damage a non-adjustable arm can possibly do over time if it's pressure is too much. He educated me on a key consideration for my 1st record player without being condescending and he recommended considering the next model up in the line. I went home, took on his advice, and exchanged my order for one with the adjustment dial. Now I have the opportunity to preserve the longevity of my records. I felt the owner just wanted his customers to be happy and have a great experience at thier shop; for these reasons I'll keep going back.

Of the five albums I bought, three were layered in dust and strands of human hair. Another three had felt marker or bic pen writing on the sleeve or on the album label. Why do you put price tags on the sleeve? I paid $30 for a great Queen album that now has a fade mark left where the tag was (photo attached). Another had a price tag over-top a gash on the cover, making it impossible to see until you take the tag off (photo attached)... shady! Spent $35 on a hard to find album, only to find the vinyl loose in the sleeve - put it in an anti-static sleeve! They cost pennies! Emails sent to the business get bounced back. I enjoy buying records at cities I visit, unfortunately I can't come back if this is the quality I can expect.
