Carousel is a warm and friendly store. There is so much to choose from and they keep the items moving along nicely. We have moved out of Vernon but I still bring my unwanted clothes/shoes/purses there to sell and shop if time allows. Go and check it out and see what treasures you can find. Happy shopping. read more

Again - there are some treasures here but there are also overpriced Costco items, you've been warned. The store is laid out in a reasonable way, and there is enough room to move around comfortably. I find the displays have the appropriate amount on them so I don't get overwhelmed. They are relatively strict about the consignments they'll accept, so most of the items are in good if not great condition. I like the sliding price, each items price is reduced after a month or so and then again a few weeks later - all of that info is on one price tag. Mostly friendly, helpful staff. Kudos to them for supporting local women through the Cinderella Program.

Staff is helpful and go the extra mile to help you. Returns/exchanges are hassle free. It's the only place in vernon and kelowna that carries natural fiber stuffed teddy bears. I was surprised by that but everything in other stores is polyester unless you want to settle for a puppet or rattle. The best thing is that their stock is always changing and something is always on sale.
