Staff is helpful and go the extra mile to help you. Returns/exchanges are hassle free. It's the only place in vernon and kelowna that carries natural fiber stuffed teddy bears. I am a 4/6 BUT have big curves on a smaller body AND don't want to look matronly or black and boring.
