The entire team is kind, patient and helpful. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments was easy and quick; thank you for bearing' with me and my travels. Took my son there to get his braces off and retainers. Was charged $900. Three weeks later my son lost his retainers. I called to get a replacement pair and was told it was $650 because I don't have a retainer replacement program was never told anything about this program. Highly disappointed now My Son's teeth are going to go back to being terrible again thanks to them. read more

Incompetent and unprofessional! Doesn't do any hands on work and passes all the work into her assistants that are also incompetent. Give your license and degree back. Embarrassing. read more

Excellent communication and systems, the business is well run. My son loves his braces.

I have just called this dental office and tried to make an appointment for my daughter. 1. Very cold receptionist. I mean cold in voice and attitude. She did not greet me or make me feel welcome when I called. Not a friendly receptionist. 2. very low voice and can't hardly hear. I have to keep asking her to repeat again and again. I don't know what is the issue, whether is she not happy to work or phone is not working well. At the end, I still don't feel good about this office from my 1st call. We will see when I get to visit the office how things go, read more

Amazing place with amazing service! Staff is caring and filled with great Doctors. Would give a 10/5 if I could!!

I will update as my treatment continues..... My dentist recommended 3 orthos in the area to consult with. In all fairness, the first two were very good.... I had a favorite and was not anticipating to go with East gate... until I met the doctor! She was able to address all of my concerns for movement I need, all while using invisible braces instead of traditional. Her staff of assistances were knowledgable and very in tune with the technology available. Her prices were exactly on par with the other orthos I consulted with. The office is clean and friendly, and the staff is efficient and knowledgable. I found the doctor to be charming and well spoken. I look forward to pursuing my treatment with them! read more

East Gate Orthodontics is one of those places that make me happy to be a Yelper! Dr. Omar and her staff are top notch and I feel like they go out of the way to make sure each of their patients are fully taken care of, educated in their treatment plan and content in the chair. Dental work doesn't always have to be a scary thing; the ladies here certainly have proved that statement. From chatting with others in the waiting area I understand that she comes highly recommended from the kiddos as well! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!! read more

Dr. Omar's office is bright, comfortable, and cheerful! The staff always start making conversations and really take the time to know the patient. It was probably a month away from my birthday, and they were asking me what I'm planning to do and really just making a grand effort of making me feel welcomed. And Dr. Omar is perhaps the best orthodontist that I ever come to know! She even has a sink and toothbrushes to use before they checkout your teeth. I'm really glad I came to this office, and I will be ever grateful for Dr. Omar and her skills and precision at her job. read more

Dr. Omar is an amazing Orthodontist ! I have gotten braces before when I was younger but I never wore my retainers so now I have to get my teeth fixed again. I went to a few places to get an estimate and this place caught my eye. The interior is very nicely decorated. It's very inviting. Most doctor offices are scary looking. Brittany was my orthodontist assistant and she was very polite. She walked me thru the entire procedures before doing them. She made sure I understood what was going to happen. I got Invisalign here and it's been the best decision I have made so far! I definitely recommend this place for all your orthodontic needs! read more

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Omar's since early last year. We went in for a consultation and my daughter left the office with her braces on the same day. We felt comfortable with Dr. Omar and her staff from the start. I have to say that we could not have found a better Orthodontist. The personal touch from Glenda (receptionist) is like no other. I would highly recommend her. My son will be going to her for his braces as well. Jenene Rearden Stoneridge, VA read more

Dr Omar has assembled a top-flight team to operate a thoroughly modern, state-of-the-art facility in underserved South Riding. I felt comfortable from the time I walked in, even though I am an adult going to a clinician who treats a lot of children. As it turns out, I learned that she welcomes all ages . First her skilled assistant takes 3-D images and pictures of my teeth from all angles. Then I met with Dr Omar to go over them - identifying some issues other than what I thought I had. She explained how one thing affects another and patiently answered my questions as we - together - came up with a treatment plan that fit my lifestyle. If you live near Chantilly, South Riding, Dulles or Ashburn - stop here before committing to any orthodontist read more

The owner of this place is phenomenal. She has taken the time to make her business and me as a patient feel like family. Much respect and I look forward to sending my friends your way! read more

Dr. Omar and her staff at East Gate Orthodontics are beyond superb. Each time I have visited the office, I was greeted with genuine smiles and welcomes. The staff who made my initial appointment even wished me a belated birthday when realizing my birthday was a day before my scheduled appointment. The staff exemplifies true passion for helping the patients and making sure they are most comfortable at all times. Not only is the staff awesome, but so is the office. It is clean, well decorated, and has the state of the art equipment. There is coffee and drinks available in the waiting room, as well as a video game console to keep children entertained while they wait. I came to Dr. Omar after realizing my 10+ year old retainer was no longer holding my teeth in place. She thoroughly explained two different options for me: to try to tighten my old metal retainer or to replace it with the new essex (clear) retainer. After choosing the second option, her staff quickly took impressions. It had been over 10 years since I had an impression taken, but I remember always gagging and being really uncomfortable. The staff reminded me of the processed and was gentle, quick, and asked me several times if I was comfortable and ok. My new retainer was made that same day and was ready for pick up!! Lastly, like most people, I loathe dealing with the insurance and payment process. Her staff explained that she had already filed the claims with insurance and would be in touch when my reimbursement was administered. She completely took all the leg work out of it for me and was very knowledgeable about the process! read more

My 11 yr old just got braces put on and each office visit is a pleasant experience. The whole staff is friendly and helpful, and they are good with children. Dr. Omar is both very professional, and also very friendly too. The wait in the waiting room is always a short wait and my younger son likes the video games in the waiting room while he waits with me for his big brother. read more

My familly loves Dr. Omar. After consults with several orthodontics, we chose Dr. Omar and it was a great desicion. All the price quotes were close to the same but the individual attention at Eastgate Orthodontics was far and above everyone else. Our questions were answered and treatment was explain to our daughter until she understood her treatment. Dr. Omar has cut no corners with our daughter's treatment and pushing for everything to be perfect. We are completing Phase I of a two Phase treatment and are very happy. So happy, that I have chosen Dr.Omar to work on retainers for myself. read more

Both my son and I have been treated by Dr. Omar and my daughter is next in line. She wasn't the closest orthodontist to us, but she is worth the trip. Being close to 40 I am one that has had past bad experiences with dentist and ortho providers and she has been the ABSOLUTE best. The staff is extremely thorough and personable. The office is always clean and they take a real interest in the outcome you achieve from your treatment. You are not just another dollar to them. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

East gate Orthodontics is definitely the place to go get your or your loved ones teeth fixed! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They literally made my day better whenever I was there! Dr. Omar is very professional and handles her patients with so much care. Heidi is an amazing assistant and she is so gentle with your teeth! The front staff is so friendly and I've known Rachel for quite a long time she is amazing. She also recently got nominated for the best orthodontists in NOVA. I've had my braces on for two years because I had a severe cross-bite and like a lot of problems with my teeth. I literally walked out the door with the most perfect teeth ever. All thanks to Dr. Omar and Heidi! I would definitely recommend anyone to go there. Anusheh read more

East Gate Orthodontics goes well beyond one's expectations for an Orthodontic Specialist. And that's honestly not being said as a patient who was nudged in the right direction to write a good review or any of that sort. Every trip presents itself to be much more than "just another trip to the Dentist". Both my siblings and I have had extensive dental work done with Dr. Omar and her excellent team over the past couple of years, and since day one the atmosphere has always been warm and inviting. Her team, who really takes the time to establish a strong client relationship making every patient feel like family. Who at the same time maintain a high level of organization and professionalism in advanced planning of appointments with methods which I found very ideal and desirable. Unlike what I've noticed in the past with other Orthodontic Offices, the office caters to a very large demographic of patients which never gives you a feeling of being in a juvenile setting but a rather more professional, comfortable, and quiet one. Both cost effective and mind-easing as you pull up to the office and never have a single worry about parking or wait times for that matter. Considering East Gate as a superb establishment would be a crude understatement and failing to consider it completely would be a big mistake overall, in my genuine opinion. Atmosphere aside, Dr. Omar really takes the time and puts in the extra effort in her work to reach that true definition of perfection, even if you occasionally break a bracket here or there (but try not to), she'll always maintain the best expertise in providing the most comfort possible and dealing with wide variety of patient circumstances/situations. And it shows as her staff follows closely in her footsteps. Thank you Dr. Omar and everyone at East Gate Orthodontics for all of your great work, you've truly done miracles. read more

East Gate Orthodontics has been a great experience for me. My experience at East Gate Orthodontics has been amazing. Dr. Omar and her staff are great. I was very hesitant in getting braces as a adult at first, but Dr. Omar made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I would love the result. I went to three other Orthodontists for consultations before going to Dr. Omar and none were able to gain my confidence like Dr. Omar. Before leaving Dr. Omar's office for my initial consultation, I decided right then that she is who I trusted the most to take me on this journey to getting a better smile and straighter teeth. I've had my braces on for only 12 months now, and the results are great. I started seeing results within the first couple of months. The staff always greets me by name (in a very welcoming manner) when I arrive for an appointment. Anytime I have had any issue (discoloration of bands due to me eating curry) or needed to change my appointment time, they have always accommodated me. read more

I am currently a patient at Eastgate Orthodontics. To be honest, I have never been to another Orthodontics office so I can't do a side by side comparison. That being said, i am glad that I came here first and Dr. Omar and her team have set the bar pretty high. The office had a great feel and everyone I intereacted was happy and very knowledgable about their job. It was refreshing to see such a happy office that treats their patients as friends rather than just "patient X". Dr. Omar sat down and spent time thoroughly explaining all my options and answered any questions I had. She really makes you feel like family. I am undergoing a long term service plan so I will update my review. read more
