This is always a great gift to send to someone. They have great sales especially around the holidays. We placed our order on a Tuesday and by Saturday the recipient, who was in Washington, received their gift. They had a sign advertising Sticky Toffee Cakes which looked delicious and I wanted to get it but we weren't going home for a while. Their Chicken Fried Chicken is on sale through the end of the year, buy one get 2 free. We will have to make it a point to go back before then. read more

I have been coming to this location for two years already, I thought that I left a review a while ago but I may be wrong... or Yelp is deleting some reviews since I had the same filling on a different place a week ago. Since the very first time I came here Theodosia was super friendly, helpful and charismatic. The quality of the meat is very high, at least on the Private Reserve level. Since this place is about one hour roundtrip for me I took a pause during the COVID nightmare to realize that a bunch of points were expired. I called costumer services and they were so nice to restore my expired points! Then I had another issue with the rewards program and call in the store, spoke to Theo and she took a week but came back with a satisfactory solution. Talking about costumer services I have also interacted with Daniel S. and he is a very attentive man. Overall I like the quality of the products, the costumer services and the back up from headquarters when something goes wrong. read more

We LOVE Omaha steaks! I must have spend enough money to put a kid thru college for the first year...LOL! We normally visit their store in Fort Lauderdale, but since we were in the area running a few errands, we decided to come in and get stock up! This place seemed exactly like the store we visited in Fort Lauderdale. You see all the different selections in all the different cooler around the store. Since we knew exactly what we wanted to get, picking up the items were swift and easy. Of course, being a picky amateur "Grill Master", I always wanted to inspect my meats before I buy them. I know I could be very picky on how I like my meat to look, and the store staff had no problem opening up 3 or 4 different boxes for me to choose from. Eventually I picked a box of meats with less fat so I don't have to spend time to trim the meat or rendering the fat while I cook them. Over all we were very happy about our purchase during this visit. Since I am one of their "valuable" customer, we also got a free turkey breast to go with our purchase. I have not carve a turkey before so this should also be an interesting experience! read more

I have received gift card from the company so I came to the store to use it. A lot of people speak very highly of Omaha Steaks and I was excited to try. I bought sirloin tips and meatball. They were pricy but if it has good quality I am willing to pay premium. The sirloin tips was so so. It wasn't bad and not so special. However, the meatball was pretty bad. One box of meatball comes with 12 meatballs and it is twenty dollar. The meatball contains very hard object. I do not think it is a bone piece but it seems like cartridge or some other hard part of beef. While I was eating I had this hard object on every other meatball. My wife had same experience. Some of them was really hard and I could chew it off but had to to spit out. I was very disappointed with the quality and I would not recommend to others. read more

I've done some bulk shopping twice at Omaha steaks now, but only once at this location. Both provided me the same great service and excellent food. My only complaint is you need to find a coupon to be able to afford their food. A worker admitted he only has 1 customer buy their normal priced food who appears to just be financially loaded (and then there's the rest of us.) Highest quality meats I've ever bought. I was skeptical on the pork but now I'm a believer. How is frozen chicken months later better than fresh never frozen from another store? I don't have an answer to that, but my firm belief is it really is better. You'd never know their frozen from the taste. Comically high prices loses a star, but once you find a way to save ~50% it becomes worth it. I'll be back for sure! read more

Came here looking for USDA-Prime filet mignons. Unfortunately, Omaha doesn't have the USDA grade their beef. They tried some marketing language about how it was "USDA Inspected" (as all meat should be) and "the very best," but without a USDA grade, what good is that? With the price tags they have, I'm not taking their word for it. The second and third problems were that the steaks were frozen, so nothing was fresh, and they charged $290 for six 7 oz. steaks. That's $110/lb. Hah! In order to keep the trip from being a total waste of time, we bought a box of Bratwursts. ...they were delicious. read more

Service was amazing. Super nice informative and professional. this store offers most of the products they offer on line. we were immediately informed of the ongoing store sale. they had various items at good prices. we had never really tried their product and went with a box of 4oz sirloin steaks (4 pcs) for $35.00. These are air sealed back and frozen. We left them over nite in frig to thaw them out. Next day hubby seasoned them up and grilled them. They were delicious! butterfly them cut so that the cooking time would be shorter (since i prefer it well done). we were given a flyer of their upcoming sale June Special Event during 24-26. on the friday & saturday 10am - \7pm all frozen and shelf products will be 50% off. great time to check out some more of their products out. read more

I went to this Pembroke Pines store and was waited on by a rude woman by the name of Donna. I was there for 30 minutes. I came in with a Groupon that I paid for in advance. Donna was not helpful at all. I had to make a phone call to the direct warehouse to answer questions SHE had! After a run around for 30 minutes i walked out very disappointed and angry. She needs to be taught customer relation skills. I called Omaha Steaks when I returned home and they were more than kind to fulfill my Groupon order. I will not be returning to this store and will tell others the same. read more

Came here for some meat for a BBQ and it was lovely! The staff member was very courteous and helpful. We got a good amount of meat for a low price. Had tenderloin tips and they were great! Very tender and delicious. The store itself is well organized, very clean, and wide variety. They also seem to always have a good amount of specials! read more
