I don't think I can say enough good things about this place! I've been coming to this butcher shop for a couple years now or possibly more. They are always incredibly nice and accommodating. The shop is very clean and the meat is top notch. I don't think I've been to a better butcher shop. The cuts are always incredible and I think fairly priced. This is my go to place for any steak and I have tried just about every grade of steak they sell. The Australian wagyu happens to be my favorite but the gold label is an incredible value as well! I just moved to South Florida from NY. I wanted to find a great butcher. I was specifically looking for Dry Aged. I found easy meats doing a search for dry aged steak and they came up. I went to go see Easy Meats in Boca Raton and I could not be happier. They had 30, 60, 90, and even 120 day dry aged cuts. Prior to this visit I had only had 90 days dry aged. The 120 day peeked my interest. After getting it home and throwing it on a charcoal grill I was extremely pleased. This place is really really great. I definitely will be back. read more

Entering the store is not what I expected. I am use to a butcher having a beautiful showcase display, like Joseph's or Fresh Market. Most of the meats are prepackaged in refrigerators. The owner was very friendly & asked if we needed help. We thought we would try the skirt steak. Since living for Florida 5 years, we can not find good skirt steak to grill. I had in my hand the choice, he proceeded to tell us the cut above this is prime. We were going to switch & he told us we should stay with the choice & will not be disappointed.
