Excellent boutique Meat market with multiple grades and choice cuts. Also, conveniently located and plenty of free parking available. Finally, Koodo to the Manager for his assistance and ability to answer all questions rendered. Product selection was varied but the quantities were limited.

This butcher shop is the kind of place you would find in heavy tourist locations like on the Las Olas strip. I've been to its newer shop on Dixie Hwy which is a larger version. This is a very unique shop with high grade beef and really nice knife and bbq grilling sets. The employee was friendly and professional.

I finally found a meat place that is familiar with and can get me a navel cut of beef. This cut of beef is used to make pastrami and beef bacon. The overwhelming majority of butchers have never heard of the navel, which has been a bit frustrating, and so in the past I've had to use the brisket cut. Meat N' Bone's service is amazing; very friendly and professional, and the delivery was next day to Delray Beach where I live. Unbelievable! The only comment is that I wish the meat came in more environmentally friendly packaging (it came in a huge piece of styrofoam). I've seen meal delivery services use different cool package technology vs. styrofoam.

No meat in the main area. They keep everything in the back. The employees answered all questions. They have cooking knives, pans, BBQ's, wine, champagne, sake etc. Basically everything needed to make a gourmet dinner. Dessert here too. We picked up a 21 and over Amoretto ice cream and a jack Daniel's ice cream. The place was extremely clean. Plenty of parking out front

I've never heard of Meat N' Bone until I drove past it, but it certainly is an interesting idea for a meat market. I expected to walk in and see/smell lots of meat. I was confused when I saw none, but the worker seemed enthusiastic about his job and showed me how it all goes down. They're internet based but still have a store. Meaning if you'd like to go in and order youd do it on their computer theyd let you use. They're method of ordering is either online and then you can pick it up the same day, or order delivery. Their delivery options are same day within 2 hours ($$), same day by 8pm ($) or next day or further in the future is free. I chose to have mine delivered 2 days from the order date which is free. It was delivered on time and we got to keep the reusable bag it came with. I ordered duck sausage with orange liquor which was very good. I'm not a huge sausage fan myself but had to try this. It didnt let me down. It was very juicy, a little fatty, but plenty of flavor. I also ordered chistorra which I've never heard of before. To me it reminded me of a mixture of chorizo, hot dog, and sausage. It has an interesting color to it. It's a very dense meat that tasted great just pretty greasy. Lastly, one of my favorite steaks, skirt steak. It was very similar in how it was trimmed and priced to something youd find a publix. It's also a fatty meat but most of it burns off. Super flavorful, juicy and melts in your mouth. It was sold for $22.99 for a slab between 1 and 1.4 lbs. To me this was weird because a 40% window can be great if it's on the high end or leaving me feel cheated if it's on the low end. For reviews sake as well as my OCD sake, I had to weigh it to see what kind of deal I was getting and as you can see they earned 5 stars there too. Yes theres the bag weight and yes theres some blood leftover but overall a pretty decent deal. Their prices aren't cheap but they sure do present quality specialty meats. They apparently hand select cows and regularly get wagyu from Japan. I dont recall all the details of they're specialty stuff but he sure was proud to share the details. Be sure to stop in and talk meats with them if you're interested!

A small shop that packs an amazing punch for discriminating carnivores!

My friend turned me on to the shop. I decided to cook out today for my wife and me. I went in to buy two steaks and shrimp. Upon entering I was taken aback as there were no show cases for the product and only a two space showroom with wine, sauces, cooking tools, etc. A guy came from the back and proceeded to "teach" me about meat. Trust me. I learned a lot. I bought a wagyu angus New York strip and wagyu filet mignon. The wild caught red shrimp were frozen in two pound bags and good size (20-25 lb.) I went home and prepared the beef with nothing but a good sear and rock salt. Cooked to medium rare and rested for 15 minutes while cooking my wife's shrimp. I sliced in with a non-serrated knife and it was plump and juicy. When I took my first sample bites, it was so very tender and juicy but the flavor blew my mind! It tasted as if it were basted in butter. Absolutely beautiful. My wife isn't much of a red meat eater but after my reaction to the steak, she accepted a bite of my filet mignon. She LOVED it!!! I'm shocked that she told me: "Next time, save me a small portion!". Beautiful meat with a super unusual quality of tenderness, buttery undertones and intense flavor. Worth every cent if you appreciate a stupidly fantastic mind blowing meat extravaganza prepared best at home with friends! I'll attach a terrible picture of beautiful meat.

The meat was good. I was surprised it was rate prime g1. Had better prime steaks from Costco. I know Costco is tenderized but I use the sous vide method for that reason. Also, 3 of the 5 steaks needed trimming(silver and hard fat). Liked the marrow. Overall it was overpriced for the value.

    The spread!

Had a neighborhood socially distanced birthday party yesterday. Meat N' Bone came with a Wagyu beef menu with a cheese and meat Charcuterie. The meat and education was awesome! These guys really know their stuff.

The place is gorgeous -- like, "I suddenly care about the proper marbling of a ribeye" gorgeous. You walk in and instantly feel fancier, even if you showed up in gym shorts. Everything here screams quality. The produce looks like it just finished a spa retreat. The deli and meat counters? Absolute showstoppers. The bakery? Let's just say if carbs are a sin, I'm ready for eternal damnation. They bake everything in-house, and you can taste the pride (and probably a little buttered joy) in every bite. I came in hunting for a very specific treasure: Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing. I'd bought it here before, and it ruined me for all others. It's got this onion flavor that doesn't overpower -- it just whispers sweet nothings to your taste buds. Publix versions tried to compete, but they're like off-brand perfume: close, but not quite date-night material. Was it $7 a bottle? Yes. Did I still buy two? Also yes. Because once you've had this dressing, you start thinking $7 is a small price to pay for happiness in liquid form. Now, let's talk prices overall. Doris isn't cheap. If you tried to do all your grocery shopping here, your checking account might file for bankruptcy protection. But you get what you pay for -- and in this case, you're paying for quality, presentation, and a faint whiff of "old-world Italian pride." Five stars for the food and quality, four overall because you won't find every everyday item you need... but for meats, fish, deli, and bakery? Doris is absolutely worth it.

When a male employee finally approached, he didn't greet us and simply said, "You were next?" When I asked about the $5 pizza pie on Tuesdays, his response was "What about it?" He gave minimal answers, didn't take my name, and told me to come back in 10 minutes. His attitude made it clear he didn't want to be there. At the register, I realized I had left my money in the car and asked if the next customer could be charged so I wouldn't hold up the line. The cashier refused, saying a manager override was needed but the manager couldn't come out because they were busy in the office. When I mentioned the poor service at the bistro, I was told they were understaffed. Overall, the staff attitudes were unpleasant and unhelpful. This is disappointing, especially compared to the Pembroke Pines location, which is consistently friendly. I won't be returning to this location.
