I've only had delivery from here. My first time in the store today and I'm hooked. Everything is frozen but it's fine. We LOVE their desserts!!! Yum!

Very nice and clean food store. Sorry for supermarket people but seafoods from SM is most of time not fresh to me. Buying fresh frozen must be better most of the cases better that. Just exception is expensive Italian or Japanese stores that sell seafood for eating raw or sashimi, maybe lightly cooked. Everything is frozen and if that is acceptable this store is excellent. High in quality and wide variety including A-5 Wagyu and sashimi grade seafood. Variety includes wild bore, elk, yak and piglets.

Brand new location just opened August 2022. Everything is super clean and organized, all the employees were friendly. The prices are somehow very similar to other grocery stores but the variety definitely is bigger. Some prices are also much better than other stores. For example here you can find great selection of steaks and ribs, different types of meats, including ostrich, venison, elk and even alligator meat. They also sell gelato, frozen cakes, fruits, soups and some spices. Some sections were already empty, I assume lots of customers upon opening cleared out the freezers. I was however disappointed to see ONLY frozen products.. but I guess that's what the store is about. Only freezers, nothing fresh.

It's a great place for selection of protein, however if you order your groceries don't thin they be one to the closing time... came twenties minutes before closing and everything was closed already

The exterior had visible trash and debris scattered all over the frontage and parking lot, a poor first impression for a restaurant. Inside, there was an extremely strong fish odor that made the dining space uncomfortable. While some fish smell is expected in a seafood market, it was quite overpowering for a place serving meals. We chose to sit outside, but the outdoor seating area appeared disorganized. Tables and chairs were scattered, the tablecloths looked dirty, and the floor was wet from what appeared to be a spilled drink that hadn't been cleaned up. There was no host stand and no greeting from anyone when we arrived, so it wasn't clear if it was self seating or hosted. we couldn't tell employees from the customers. Eventually someone told us we could sit anywhere. The staff member who assisted us was friendly, but he didn't seem very familiar with the menu when we asked about the differences between the fish options. We were also told they were out of sugar-free beverages and there was no beverage menu available. With some attention to cleanliness and organization, this place could likely offer a much better dining experience. The place seemed better suited as a seafood market rather than a restaurant, so we ultimately decided to leave and dine elsewhere. We hope the management takes note of these issues, as with some improvements this could be a much more enjoyable dining experience.

Creepy vibe!!!! Makes you think the entire store is a huge phony. Milam Market bathroom is so much more nicer. I was attracted to this "business" because I entered another one in South Broward to pickup for ...someone, and the food there "seemed/looked" very good. The store overthere was empty of customers, just like this one. So I came to this one to get my paws on some of their tempting food, I got a lobster tail which was VERY tiny for over $20, ...fresh, uncooked unseasoned salmon which was also over $20, smoked gouda cheese pasta, and some costly ...blueberry lemon cake and a bistro meal which only out of everything tasted outstanding. I was shocked after the meat guy in the back of the store handed me the salmon, as this was hugely expensive!!!! The minute I walked into the store, their (White) old lady cashier with short, straight Black hair and ...glasses working in the afternoon purposely stared at me with SUCH hateful intimidation of my ...appearance, like she saw a ghost, like a nun observing an atheist. Sorry, I didn't get her name. Not even a hello or welcome or a smile when I said hi to her omw to the bathroom. Insecure bitch ...kept quiet when I went to pay too at her register, as I was not thinking anything of it. So now I understand why these places are ALWAYS a ghost town when you come here. Nobody goes to any of these. Everything here is extremely expensive and the staff have a reputation for acting like assholes, besides the meat guy. The gouda pasta I got was also sooo terribly disgusting. Checkout my pictures! I don't think I'll be back. Besides the pot roast mashed potatoes bistro, ...everything from here is nasty, and I just don't like the weird vibe here at all. Let's just see how much longer "Fresh ...Market" even stays in business. This reminds me of how lonely Babies-R-US store used to be, BIG time. Going outta business here, it's only a matter of time.

We had reservations and were seated immediately. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous. They have a tree in the middle that gives it an outdoor open feel. And an incredible wine display in the back. Our waitress, from Portugal, did a great job of explaining the menu to us and guiding us on what to order. We started off with the Bolinhos de Bacalhau which are cod fritters and OMG they were sooo good! These tasted identical to the ones we've eaten in Lisbon. It comes with the classic pairing of black eyed peas which are awesome when eaten together. We also tried the Chouriço Assado which the presentation when its brought to the table is a treat itself. It comes out on a flaming pig and then its sliced tableside. Our waitress recommended trying the chorizo with the piri piri sauce which is slightly spicy and it was delicious. It added another layer of flavor. For entree we got the Paelha Marinheira which was absolutely amazing. First off, its a huge portion and comes piping hot. Each bite was full of seafood. We added the lobster which was perfection. It's great to share between 2 people. For dessert we ended with the pasteis de nata and its great because it brings 2 pastries and we paired it with ice cream. It makes for the perfect sweet treat without being too much. The pasteis de nata is served slightly warm and is perfect with the cool ice cream. Overall great restaurant for some Portuguese cuisine.

I had the seafood stew, which was hearty and full of mussels, fish, clams, white beans, and other seafood. Side rice was just ok. My mom enjoyed her salmon and vegetables, which included eggplant. For dessert, I had to get the famous dessert of Portugal, pastel de nata, which is a mini egg custard tart. It tasted wonderful, but was different from the traditional pastel de nata because it had cinnamon and powdered sugar on top, and personally I like the traditional plain version better. My port (sweet wine) was a delicious accompaniment. Service was very attentive. Interior is small and cozy. Plenty of parking.
