A nice touch! Not the cheapest, but you are paying for QUALITY. Definitely, cheaper buying it here than going out to a restaurant! That's for sure. It's a business, and answering basic questions is literally the minimum requirement. We closed on our home faster than expected and arrived right in South Florida before Christmas. We weren't looking for a field trip or a guessing game, we needed catered food because cooking wasn't happening. Either you offer it or you don't. If you can't say that over the phone, you shouldn't be answering it. It might be time to ditch that outdated, cold, Eastern-European-style "act annoyed and make the customer work for it" service model and join the modern world, where being friendly and helpful is the baseline. We'll take our personal and business purchases to Doris Supermarket from now on, where customer service doesn't feel like an inconvenience and people actually understand why phones exist.

Since we had only a short time there, we wanted to experience as much of the local food culture as possible. As we met and talked with locals, one place kept coming up: Fresh and Wild. So, naturally, we had to check it out. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a gentleman who I believe was the owner. We then met the chef, a young woman who clearly knows her way around the kitchen, and her brother, who seemed to be the true "Jack of all trades," making sure everything was running smoothly. The chef took our order: Peruvian fish, black beans and rice, along with a sushi roll. And let me tell you... WOW! The food was sooooo good fresh, flavorful and absolutely delicious. My wife and I literally sat there shaking our heads in amazement at how good everything was. To the entire Fresh and Wild family, thank you for making two visitors from California feel right at home while serving up some incredible food. Your hospitality and the love you put into what you do definitely didn't go unnoticed. If you're in Hallandale Beach area do yourself a favor and check out Fresh and Wild. You won't be disappointed!

Last night we ordered shawarma from your restaurant, and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. Instead of a regular shawarma with tomatoes, it was filled with random greens/leaves. At one point I genuinely felt like a goat eating a salad instead of shawarma. Overall, it simply wasn't tasty. On top of that, the employee seemed half asleep and managed to mix up absolutely everything, making our order the complete opposite of what we asked for. We waited around 40 minutes for our order even though there were only a couple of people sitting there drinking tea. We also had to remind the waitress about the check and our change, and in the end she told us she didn't have enough change -- so we never received the rest of our money back. Both the food and the service left a very unpleasant impression. Absolutely not worth the money. Very disappointed.

A different server ended up walking by much later and asked if we needed help which is when I told her I'd like to send back the ham and screwdriver- both of which I barely took a bite/sip out of. I just told her I didn't like them and she got a bit of an attitude and wanted specifics as to why I didn't like it. I just reiterated i didn't like it and won't be consuming either so please take it back. We finished our food and no one ever came to our table again- while the workers were walking around helping the 5 other tables or talking amongst themselves. After sitting for 15+ minutes with our finished food, I just went to the front and waited for someone to check us out. I don't recommend this place and will not be back.
