The school said it could take two to three weeks. She expected it to be dismissed before a hearing is held in court. She was able to check the status of her ticket on the internet court homepage, so she was going to check it after 4 weeks. She was sure it was dismissed. But it was still open with a new case. She asked for help, so I took care of it. I checked the reviews of this school as much as I could. I found one review, and someone asked them to fix the ticket because someone found it wasn't completed by the court after a long time. But they said that there had been nothing to do because they said it was asked too late. Since then, I have checked her condition every week and tried to contact them both. But I got the same answer that the court had received nothing from the school, and the school had already sent everything to the court in the last few weeks. I recommend a driving course for traffic tickets at a school in your local area. I decided to choose because of the guidance and cost of the course. I think the course and cost are pretty much the same as other schools. If you made the mistake of choosing a school, like my wife, you might find your ticket completed or unfinished for more than 2 months. It could make it worse than expected. You get a premium to pay more. That's it. Good luck. Thank you.

My time flew by relatively quickly. It takes a great instructor to make a court ordered class, that you had to shell out a bunch of money for no less, tolerable. For some of us who only have one child who will be driving in our families, they do not want your business, it appears. LOOK AT OTHER DRIVING SCHOOLS! Do not waste your precious time waiting until the 16th of the month to even try to sign up for courses. I was told to call at 10am on the 16th of the month and I could sign up with the office person. I wasted 2 weeks and a half hour of my time waiting to sign my child up for a course, and was told at 10:30am that all the intermediate courss were full and there was only 1 novice course was available. The phone was busy or was forwarded to a completely different number for a half hour, then when my call was answered at 10:33am, I was told the courses were full for the entire month of July except 1 course, which was not the right course for my child. The person who answered the phone was so rude and condescondescending. I told them when I called the office 2 weeks ago, I was told to call at 10am and if they only started answering how did all of the courses fill in 3 minutes. When I asked how all of the courses could have filled, they said "Do you reall want me to explain to you?". They only open their phone lines at 10:30 and all of the courses were filled by returning families. They played the "I don't know who you talked to 2 weeks ago" card, then continued to be defensive about their flawed business model and terrible customer service. Maybe if you are a returning family, this place is decent, but if you are not a returning family, DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME with a phone call or any further research on this company.

They would also text when they were on their way to pick him up for the lesson. He had his final lesson yesterday and passed his driver's test. We're on our way to get his driver's license today!I found them very easy to deal with. Early on I found that he was getting reminders but I was not, so I asked if they would also send me reminders, and they kindly reached out for a text conversation and fixed that for me, then texted me again to follow up and make sure I had what I needed. I was very relieved not to have to do the driving lessons myself, as I think my anxiety would have been too high. I preferred to have a professional do that job. He had three different instructors during the course of his lessons, and all were very good. In addition, the price was significantly lower than that of other driving schools I checked. I would highly recommend this company if you have someone he needs to learn how to drive!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this driving school and would not recommend it…read more My instructor told me directly that I'm "not a bad driver," but that he personally wasn't going to pass me this time -- implying other instructors would have. His turn instructions during the test were sudden and confusing, which made it hard to execute them safely and smoothly. I was told I would get three practice/test attempts, but only two actually took place. The "third" session was conducted entirely on the freeway, with no instruction or guidance given at any point -- and the freeway isn't even part of the standard test route. During my last lesson, I noticed the instructor appeared to close his eyes for a few minutes at one point. I raised this with the school, and they said they would review the in-car recording, but I never heard back. The school then told me I could pass if I paid for one more $200 lesson. Given time constraints, I agreed -- but no one followed up with me afterward to schedule it. Based on everything above, my honest read is that the instructor was simply exhausted after back-to-back lessons that day and didn't want to make the trip to the DMV to file paperwork, so he found reasons to fail me -- or wanted an extra lesson fee out of it. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I can't recommend this school.

Based on his recommendation, my husband and I called and made a same day appointment to get more information and check the school out firsthand. Our appointment and ongoing contact was with Carlos. We spent about a week discussing the logistics of going to school and basically making a career/life change. After that things happened pretty quick. We again met with Carlos. Then we met with Janessa who answered all our questions about Werner. Janessa is awesome! She and Carlos took care of all the paperwork and got us a prehire at Werner Enterprises. (Although the school is owned by Werner, there are other options.) Brittany, who handles financing, walked us through the process. Classes start every Monday. We picked a start date then used the time to study for our CDL permit. Sidenote: Get CDL permit, drug test and DOT physical before starting classes if possible. You will get out of the classroom and to the core elements of the program quicker. Plan on classes taking up a major part of your life for a short time. The program is 160 hours. It is Monday thru Saturday from 7am-6pm with an hour break for lunch at noon and a couple smaller breaks. The goal is to prepare you to take and pass your CDL test. To do this they focus on the three parts that will make up your CDL test: Pre Trip, maneuvers and driving.
