Undisclosed problems: Multiple defects surfaced within a short time after purchase (including leaks and plumbing issues), despite being told the RV had gone through inspection. These were later confirmed by a licensed technician. Refused responsibility: When I requested reimbursement for clearly documented repairs, they denied it and claimed I "didn't give them a chance," which was not accurate. Missed mediation / weak follow-through: They did not appear for the scheduled mediation and presented a very poor defense in court. Delayed repair on known issue: An awning motor defect was identified at pickup and promised to be fixed immediately or within a week. This took nearly two months of back-and-forth before it was completed. Paperwork errors: My loan was submitted with the wrong phone number, which delayed my ability to make my first payment and required me to resolve it directly with the lender. No accountability: At no point did they acknowledge these issues or offer an apology. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership based on my experience.

I mean EVERY time I called they were just happy to help and I had major concerns about doing this and being so far away that I could not be there in person, and they were my eyes and ears during the whole process, but I wanted a certain size and layout and I had to find one 1200 miles away. Everything was handled and I was finally ready to go get it a few weeks later. When I got there to pick it up the generator failed. But the sales manager James stepped in and solved the problem within minutes! They got everything finished and even had an amazing tech named Sofia do a walk through with me and teach me about the unit. I'm telling you that I am a difficult customer with very high standards and sometimes I am darn near impossible to impress...but the people at Speedway RV definitely have impressed me!!! He was booked up too and I was ready to continue my search elsewhere, but he took a look at the truck and said if he can start right now, he can get it done before next appointment (only two windows). Superb job and quick. And with a great price! Matched the factory rear tinted windows perfectly. Super nice and friendly staff, and I ended up talking to all of them in the 40 minutes I was waiting. Definitely going back for the wife's car. Also, while waiting I had a good chance to walk around their display room. They carry a whole lot of great products for cars and trucks. Great selection of lights, truck bed accessories, auto electronics, interior items, tow packages, etc. And they can install everything. Prices seemed quite good for most items. Several items, like the trailer hitch locks that learn your vehicles factory key, I had never seen before. Almost everything had actual working displays so you could see lights, tonneau covers, bed drawers, tool boxes, electronics, etc. in action. Very nice touch. Only downside is, I now need to save some money as there were a few things I really want! I had driven past this place multiple times before. But never really noticed it, I think because of the name, seemed more like a mechanic, didn't click what all services they provided. Now that I know, their signage outside makes sense.

Double-checked old battery (Test results said "needs replacement", so was good to confirm we definitely needed a new battery. They did the install on the spot, and even noticed one of the clamps connecting the positive lead was corroded and broken and cleaned it up, replaced the clamp, all good as new.
