I followed up multiple times and was told the 4 post lift was on the water and given a new, updated delivery date. I followed up again when the date approached and was then told the item didn't ship. There were so many stories fabricated it was clear they had no intention of delivering the 4 post lift ordered for my boyfriend for Christmas. When I tried to call to finally cancel after over 7 months of waiting no one would return my call. After weeks of calling I finally got a hold of someone who cursed at me over the phone then told me they would charge me a 20% restocking fee...for an item that was never delivered!
