Seafood, there are better options in Seattle, much better. :-( On the upside, HK Dim Sum sells baked cha siu bao, pot stickers, shrimp and chive dumplings and sticky rice chicken wraps in the refrigerated display in the the check out area. Honestly, the cha siu baos and potstickers are pretty good. On the big downside, they only have one or 2 check out lines open at any given time. It's not uncommon to spend 30 minutes in line waiting to check out. :-( On the upside, the produce people are helpful and the market is descent. GEN KOREAN BBQ @ SOUTHCENTER MALL…read more Parking is super easy at this location since it's in the Southcenter Mall, with plenty of free parking available. We found a spot right out front, and it's nice that you can also walk around the mall before or after your meal since there are lots of other shops and restaurants nearby. This was my first time trying JEN Korean BBQ with my family, and I was excited since I'd heard they have several locations across the U.S. We came for dinner, which is about $35 per person for the all-you-can-eat menu, while weekday lunch is around $25 per person, making it a great value if you're looking for AYCE Korean BBQ. They have a great selection of meats, plus plenty of appetizers. The corn cheese was definitely one of my favorites and is always a must-order for me. Everything came out fresh, and there were lots of options to choose from. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to bring out refills. I also really liked the ambiance the darker interior gives the restaurant a cozy, modern feel that's perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back. If you enjoy Korean BBQ, this is a fun spot where you can cook your own food, try a variety of meats and sides, and eat as much as you want. It's a great place for groups, family dinners, or anyone craving all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ.

I really appreciate them for explaining the menu and taking the time to show us a great time. The food was delicious and fresh. We didn't wait long at all and there were so many choices of quality food. Really great, clean restaurant with a nice vibe. I can't wait to return for another visit.

I see the low reviews, mostly from people with young children about noise, and not about the beer. I've been at BB when the decibel level of children upstairs is quite loud. Parents have been asked by barkeeps to tone it down. Most comply, but some treat the place like it is a MacDonalds play space and take affront. Please consider that the primary business at BB is adult oriented, and bar flies, we can think back to when joy was freely (and loudly) expressed. Think temperance on both sides - but not about alcohol :-]

It seems to be a favorite place for families to gather during those times, which can make finding a seat difficult. By early evening, most folks have cleared out, and it's pretty empty as the 9:00 hour approaches. We particularly like sitting upstairs since there's pinball close by (four machines), which we used quite a bit on our last visit. And, of course, there's their beer, which I love. My favorite is the Eagle Harbor IPA, their signature West Coast IPA. Their Kömmuter Kölsch is also one of my favorites (and likewise my girlfriend's favorite). I frequently buy cans of both to take home (which you can also buy at the Safeway on High School Road, and at the alehouse on Winslow near the ferry terminal).

There was no one there to greet us and looked like that they were still getting the dining room ready. The hostess did not come out until five minutes before seating time. I was kind of disappointed since this was supposed to be a special Easter brunch, but there was nothing to indicate that this was for Easter other than a few of the desserts. No Easter bunny, there are a couple Easter egg decorations on every table, but that was about it. Still, the ambience was good, a fancy brunch at a fancy hotel. The wait staff provided excellent service. The food was provided in a pretty good spread. The prime rib and the fresh oysters were probably the standout of the food. I don't know why they only have one person with two tiny hot plates to man the made to order station there for everyone. The family did like the desserts, they were very cute. My wife thought that they were too sweet, but that just means I like them a lot. All in all, it was a good brunch to experience once for a special occasion. No huge complaints here.
