Diino's favorite. Grilled shrimp, peppers and onions on pita

I ordered takeout for Father's day. I like their Greek salad. Their salad dressing is fantastic. Also ordered their "dino's favorite" which is grilled shrimp, peppers and onions on pita. That was a bit soggy by the time I got it home, but it was still tasty. My wife got mousaka .she said it was very good. I got a rice pudding for dessert and my wife got her favorite milfay . Both excellent. My order was ready as soon as soon as I arrived.

Food is so flavorful! Everything was fresh and delicious! The staff is so friendly and attentive. Service was great and food was even better. Authentic Greek experience, so happy we went. You will not be disappointed there's something for everyone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Establishment is cozy, great for conversation, well lit and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Bring cash for a discount on your meal.

The best gyro in South Jersey. Meaty, taste home made with big chunks of meat, that has crisp edges and the Tzatziki is next level. Highly recommend this place when in the Vineland-Millville area. It's hard to order anything else, when the gyro is so good but all their other menu items look good and house made coming out of the kitchen. Family run business for over 40 years. They are doing it right! French fries were perfectly crispy as well.

This is the table where I was forced to sit. The table I wanted is in the far left corner.

This place is, by far, the best place for lunch or dinner in Vineland, NJ. I would definitely give it 5 stars for food. Where they lose points with me is with one particular server. I come here often for lunch. I am a big guy, and I like to sit at the same table in the corner. For some reason, this one little server has a problem with it. There are about 30 tables in the restaurant and I have never seen more than 5 or 6 tables occupied at lunchtime. Regardless, if I ask to sit at my preferred table, this lady always says, "No, that table seats 4. You have to sit at one of the two person tables. We might get busy." (They NEVER get that busy at lunchtime and my preferred table always remains empty.) It seems like a small thing, but I am a bit OCD, or autistic, or something. I am a 61 year old man who is very comfortable with routines and VERY uncomfortable when my routines are disrupted, especially unnecessarily. This server doesn't realize, I typically tip 20% , but her tip drops to 10% every time she refuses to seat me where I prefer. I eat my meal in uncomfortable silence and she loses a few dollars. It is a lose-lose for both of us.

The Turkish bread is so fluffy with a great crust. Friend got the spinach pie and it was so fresh and warm. Everyone got falafel or the chicken. Absolutely obsessed and we will be back again. I went out of my way to come here for lunch after i saw a facebook post from the cheese steak adventures's guy pop up! it was from a while ago but i figured if he liked it... why not? the pita is really good. chewy. warm and moist. i got the classic (more to come) which is basically a gyro with the fixin's. lamb and fries tzsatiki. perfect. now let's move on to the staff and the restaurant overall. there are so many things wrong. the website will not let you honor several of the lunch specials. if you click on certain links they're no good. dont try to use them, since you will get to the restaurant and they will charge you for whatever the order would have been. i mean i want to save two bucks like everyone else. next, i'm going to agree with the many other reviews... why in the world can you NOT get sauce on the side if you pay for it? do they not have any lil cups?! i looked around this place is pretty cut and dry. i know it sounds like BS but i think they dont have those lil tiny cups. ...then there is the staff. i want so badly for them to hire the 'local lady who answers the phone'. they need it in the worst way. the guy who picks up is as fun as paint drying. it's a huge turn off for folks who know the food is good but the staff is not. will i be back... ?you damn right. but i am going to avoid a bunch of things from the jump: i'm only ordering online, if there is an upsell for sides and they do not have them i will just ask for my money back. they use toast for their ordering system and they will honor refunds if need be, and park around back. they have 2 spaces, the staff is using them too! i really hope things turn around in this location. they are not in philly anymore. it's the 'burbs baby!

Recently, I was having a quick afternoon meet-up with some friends. Coffee is pretty OK, but the selection of Greek pastries and food is pretty wide. I've had the food before, which I found to be just OK, but the pastries (esp. the spanakopita) was spot on and delicious. I had some non-coffee drinks recently, and they were good enough to feel refreshed, but nothing to phone home about. Lots of seating here, but usually a lot of it is taken by Drexel student groups working. Back room has a lot more but is also strangely dim, so I'd honestly have a hard time if I was found to be working back there. Front seating though is nice with the natural lighting! For some reason they were blasting music today at a level that made it difficult to work even through AirPods. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something about Greek cafes in particular, but it wasn't the greatest environment. Service is always prompt. I've found it to not always be the friendliest but they get the job done. Late hours are a plus amongst cafes in U-City, so I'll still stop by.

This place is small. I see people picking up orders when we're eating in. Plenty of people coming and going. They only have a few booths, so you're not going to see a bunch of people eating in. This place gets plenty of business, so don't let that deter you. Their rice platters are our favorite. They have so many toppings, more than most places that serve platters. I LOVE the pita inside the platter. Not everyone does that. Whenever we see a halal place, we stop in, and this is one of our favorites! Only thing I wished from our last experience was more jalapeños lol, we only had one in our platter :( And some places have a more mild red sauce, which I love. Restless little ones blocked the entry, setting the tone for my overall Saturday evening experience. That Norma's is popular, there can be no doubt. We had no reservations, and felt lucky to snag a table. The place was bustling, servers had their hands full, we were obliged to be patient until ours arrived. I love Norma's menu -- my partner is vegetarian, so Mediterranean works great for us. I went the veggie route as well, starting with a lentil and ckickpea soup that was hot and savory and the high point of my meal. Other appetizers we enjoyed were the spanikopita and the cheese manaeesh, second to none. My veggie skewer was perfectly charred yet light. After such a promising start, then, our entrees came as quite a disappointment. My partner opted for the falafel salad, and while Norma's falafel are indeed superior, the salad was a bit of a mess, too ... wet, diluting the dressing, leaving runny runoff on the plate. But the greatest misfire wss the mixed kabobs entree I ordered. Everything about it was underwhelming -- these are signature items that should be stand+outs, but weren't. The kabobs were just okay, lacking in appeal, resting on a bed of rice that was unremarkable except for how cold it was. I suspect my plate had been held too long. I know they would have fixed it had I asked -- but seriously, I was up to *here* with all the kids. While I was eating, a woman behind me gathered up her gaggle of tots, squeezing out of the way to make room for a baby carriage the size of a Volkswagen. Does Norma's deserve a second chance? Sure. Next time, I'll stick with the appetizers and stay close to my wine glass lest the kindergarteners in my vicinity cause my nerves to fray.
