The growth we've seen in her over these past eight months has been incredible. She is constantly learning, playing, exploring, and becoming more social, and I love seeing how much she is developing and discovering something new every day. As a parent, there is no better feeling than being able to drop your child off each morning and feel completely confident that they are in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. I especially cannot say enough wonderful things about the Nido room and its teachers. Ms. Kristina, Ms. Magadelane, Ms. Tobi, and Ms. Evan have been absolutely amazing. They create such a kind, welcoming, and encouraging environment for the infants while also giving them so many opportunities to learn and grow at their own pace. You can truly tell how much they care about each child, and knowing my daughter is in their hands gives me so much peace of mind. We are so grateful for the care, patience, and love they have shown our daughter during such an important first year of her life. Choosing Ladybird, and especially having such an amazing experience in the Nido room, has been one of the best decisions we could have made for her.

I can't speak highly enough of the teachers at this facility as they're some of the most thoughtful, intentional and incredibly caring individuals I've ever met. Don't walk, run! I love Sterling Hunter/Jumpers. Erin is by far the best…read moreinstructor I have had since I started riding again in March of this year. The location is serene, green, always cooler than in town, there's always a breeze. It is a small barn but their focus is lesson students and lesson horses. The horses were great too, the 2 I trained on were sensitive to leg and hand aids. I love that this is truly a lesson barn and that they take great care of their horses and pride in them. The horses were so sweet! I had to stop going due to the heat, schedule conflicts and some body image issues. I plan on going back, Erin is the best teacher, she is really good at what she does, she trains the equestrian teams at Texas State and UT I believe too. Very prestigious. But she is down to earth, approachable, flexible and friendly. I valued that too as there is a lot of snobbery, unprofessionalism and mistreatment of clients and horses in this town too. I loved how Erin cared for her horses and as I client I felt valued too. She taught me so much in the 2 short months I rode at SHJ. I can't wait to go back. This truly is the best barn in Austin and I mean, I rode at 2 other barns and it was no bueno. This place is awesome. A great value, you truly get what you pay for and more. I felt more confident as a rider after riding here, less anxious and more serene. When I go back to riding this will be the barn I will call. If I ever buy a horse this is where I will keep it and if I decide to lease a horse I will lease it from Erin and John her husband. They are real professionals, yet laid back and friendly.

I took lessons here while in college and loved it. Erin is a wonderful trainer and the lesson…read morehorses are the best. This barn is safe and full of friendly people. If I were a parent I would have no problem leaving my child here for lessons or camp. Lesson prices were fair and Erin is a devoted trainer. She gives you her full attention when you are in the arena and makes the most out of lesson time. I look forward to resuming my lessons once my schedule allows me.

My daughter can swim, knows mandarin, Spanish, sign language, English, dances ballet and goes to soccer all at stepping stone. THANKS to Priscilla who does a fabulous job running the place. Those including Ms. Kristi and Ms. Madison step their game up and I can't believe Brittany could be so judgmental based on two random experiences. She probably sent the email to the wrong location and I'm grateful she's still in school. Hopefully, it will teach her how to treat herself with respect so she can share that quality with others. *Gabby* - accidents happen. One of my kids bit another kid many, many times - like chewed on him - when another caregiver accidentally looked away for just a few minutes. I was so embarrassed and felt so bad for the other kid and the other mom. It could have been blown WAY out of proportion, thankfully it wasn't and it was years ago. Attacking women put on this Earth to protect and defend our little ones while we are at work is shameful. These women, *Gabby* and *Brittany* remind me of a character on 2019, Addams Family Halloween Movie.

My daughter was at another daycare for two years that we loved! No issues and no incident reports. The 7 months she was at Stepping Stone were awful. Coming home with massive bruises from bites that staff did not notice. I repeatedly emailed but she kept being bitten by multiple children. We kept waiting for Children's Lighthouse to finish being built but it was hard as an educator who provides other people's children with a safe learning environment not to have a safe place to send my toddler. The last straw was her reporting to us a teacher hit her. Pulled her immediately. Ms. Brittany did not seem surprised when we told her of our concern.

The lifeguards have always been great and make sure kids are safe and have the right wristbands based on their swimming abilities. Lots of workout equipment, all in good condition! Definitely not substandard equipment. I've never seen all the treadmills in use, and half of them aren't closed all the time like other places. The only machines I wish they would add are SkiErg machines! I appreciate the weights and how nice the other people at the gym have been. Very supportive and patient! I have not used a trainer yet but am considering it! The utilities have always been clean. Sure. The showers need a little extra clean, but nothing super gross or black moldy. I do wish they had dressing rooms separate from the showers, but I'll survive! My favorite thing is the staff. SUPER FRIENDLY, each and every one, and that's very special. Always greeted when I come in and always a farewell on my way out. Fabulous staff! We also can't wait to go out to the outdoor poor soon!

The facility is beautiful, the camps and classes were always enjoyable, and most of the instructors have been absolutely amazing with the children. Unfortunately, things changed after a new coach named Val was hired. At first, I tried not to judge and wanted to give her a fair chance, but over time I became very uncomfortable with the way she interacted with the kids. I noticed her making disappointed facial expressions toward them and speaking negatively about children behind their backs, which I found very unprofessional and upsetting as a parent. We really did not want to leave because my daughter loved so much about this gym, but after this experience we felt it was best to switch elsewhere. Overall, I would still recommend this gym because the majority of the staff and programs are wonderful. However, I do hope management addresses concerns regarding Coach Val, because otherwise this easily would have been a 5-star experience for our family.

However, I was shocked to find that my child was not only UNSUPERVISED, but that the individual responsible was not wearing a mask and was on his phone. A gym is a place with a lot of dangerous equipment and opportunities for children to get hurt easily - that is why they are paid to supervise our children! At this point, it has been months since the mask mandate has been in place and the staff DO NOT WEAR MASKS. The front desk does not try to hide this fact as they hang their masks over their foreheads without covering their noses/mouths. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. It is unsafe for your family.
