It also included carrots, corn, a seasoned egg, scallions, ramen noodles in chicken bayou broth. If you like ramen of a Cajun variety, you'll love this! The traditional ramen bowl was pretty basic. You could have a choice of broth, but the basic version has little to no heat factor. It comes with roast pork, bok choy, carrots, corn, seasoned eggs, scallions, ramen noodles. I had the leftovers of this ramen bowl the next day and it was outstanding too! In addition, when you come here, you MUST get the fried chicken! It's among the best I've ever tasted. It's definitely bested KFC in my book! Anyone who wants to try a solid ramen restaurant which classic offerings and some creative versions of ramen, must visit Hangar Bay! I've been coming here for years, the owners have changed but for the better ! The place is so clean now the way the food is prepared is better and you get more for the money who could complain? I ventured in this evening to place a takeout order and see what noms they had to offer. There's a drive-thru, which was bustling with cars at the time, so that was a good sign to me. Although their claim to fame is the Gyro, their menu extends to include varieties of seafood, wings, sandwiches, and even desserts. I ordered the Gyro Combo, which comes with Fries and a Drink ($9.59), and a piece of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake to finish strong ($3.29). Everything is made to order, so it was about a 10-minute wait, which allowed me to meander around and snap a few pics. I whisked my food away to devour at home during my "Deadliest Catch" marathon (LOVE the show). First of all, I have to say that this Gyro was fit for a King. The warm, airy pita was packed to the brim with hearty chunks of fresh, scrumptious meat, with a luscious dressing of cool Tzatziki sauce. Between that and the generous portion of fries, it was easily enough for two meals. There was no way that I could eat the whole piece of cake, but i did take a couple of sample bites, and while the cake itself was chocolatey and delicious, I didn't detect any peanut butter aside from the few chips on top. Next time I'll definitely try their Baklava. The gentleman at the counter (owner?) cheerfully answered all my questions without a hitch, explaining different menu items, and welcoming me to come back for another visit.
