When I called insurance to find the next step, I was told they have to send it to another company, for some reason. It came to a head at the end of September, and they finally agreed to just pay a base fee for coverage based on the plan. Prior to this, NO MENTION of a cap payout prior! They provided a quote and phone number to do the job from one of the plumbers who came out. It was an LLC. When I searched the phone number, it was linked to a plumber and a driving school! Needless to say, did not go with them. Now, the reason we are here... along came Peace of Mind plumbing. Mike arrived as promised, quoted the job, and provided a date to install, no fuss, no muss. The installation date came, and it was magic. From the delivery of a new boiler, the breakdown, the tow-away of the old unit, and the installation, everything was flawless and clean. She actually took the time to walk me through some of the common problems so that I can troubleshoot. Once we figured out that the issue will need professional help she got me on the calendar as soon as possible. I was scheduled with Lou A. He was super communicative prior to the appointment. Once here, he quickly diagnosed that the problem was the capacitor and got the ac working in no time. Despite having a jammed schedule he did not make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. We have an older home and finding a technician who has knowledge and experience with both kinds of systems at a good price can be hard, but Legacy came through. Charlie was prompt when scheduling a time to service both systems and made it a very easy choice to go with them.
