I wish we'd known about Bill and his team with our previous home buying experiences. We had a lot of regret for many years after the purchase of our last house. The Olmstead Team was fantastic from start to finish. We did our homework and read lots of reviews before submitting our realtor inquiries, so we already had a strong feeling about the team before our first appointment. There are a few things to point out from our experience. 1. Communication: The team was fantastic. Not once did we have to ask for updates throughout our home buying process or request information. Our agent Mark deserves a gold medal in communication because he was always available. 2. Strong Values: The team really focuses on personalized service and that is apparent immediately. It was clear they weren't going to sell us any house and instead focus on our needs and the best house for our family. I cannot say enough good things about the Olmstead Team. We moved here 5 years ago and we have bought 3 homes from them. (1 home and two rentals.) They are so delightful to deal with and have a system in place to walk you through every step of the transaction so there are no surprises (and with great communication).
