After moving into a bigger home, we were able to keep that couch in our den and ended up buying two more couches from the same brand as well as a dining room table. We were so pleased that a few weeks ago we went back to get a mattress from them. They are always kind and courteous - I don't feel like I'm being upsold into a product like I do other places just so they can move product. I think they genuinely want to give me a product they believe in (I actually bought the mattress that the owner said he has in his own home - can't beat that recommendation!)
