My husband was looking for two particular products, and at this store, he found one of the products, instructional cards for the game Warhammer. He said that the price was comparable to what he would pay if he were to buy the product from an online retailer. The cashiers were very friendly. They had greeted us when we first entered the store. Later when we were checking out, the employee apologized for making us wait for a couple of seconds. She thanked us for our purchase and told us to have a good day.

Because this warehouse was built in 2001, the gas lanes are not as large as some other new Costco's and there aren't as many pumps, so you have to wait a little bit longer. I use Costco optical to purchase my eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. We have used the pharmacy. It's always fun to look at everything that they have in the warehouse and there are some great deals to be found. Of course Costco samples are always fun to try while you are shopping. Costco does get crowded, especially on weekends and near holidays, but they are pretty efficient at this one in moving large crowds through their lines. They are also closed on holidays, which is nice for their employees. We love getting their shrimp cocktail, and their fresh street tacos & their desserts & cakes are huge, tasty & cheap compared to bakeries. The clothing deals are awesome. Every time you go to Costco it's a different experience. I have also bought iPads and Apple Watch is there. We have an executive membership because we go so much, and an executive membership is worth it depending on your spending level annually. The new perk for executive members is that you can get into the warehouse an hour before the general public, which means at 9 AM instead of 10 AM. I always liked Costco better than Sam's Club and I'm glad that Costco is what we have in Cranberry Township. You can return anything, anytime, easily with no questions asked.

We did not price check, and make sure to include not just the installation cost, but also the cost of removing and disposing of the old TV. So in total, we probably over paid. 2. We accepted the BestBuy credit card and did not attempt to use the "store credit" that was promised, which had to be used in a certain amount of time. 3. We went to the store to make a second payment, specifically to pay off the balance of aprox $450, and we were told by the Best Buy employee that the TV was now paid for in full. A few days later when we got a bill for $40 we thought this bill was incorrect because we had been told at the store that the bill was paid in full. We should have inquired, but we did not, as the $40 was for accrued interest and a late fee because the payoff had been paid two days late. Approximately a month later, we got a phone call from Citibank that we now owed them over $82. Citibank demanded on the phone that we pay either with a debit card within 24 to 48 hours) or immediately give them our checking account number and bank routing number. (We questioned even if this was a legitimate phone call as they would not accept payment with a different credit card) At that point, I went to the BestBuy store and paid in cash the $82 amount (which was all interest and penalty fees). Then I asked the manager of the store if I could cancel the credit card at the store and he said that is not allowed! He gave me a phone number and asked me to go to my car and call from the car. At that point, I was eventually able to get through to the Best Buy credit card representative and close the account. If I would've just used one of my existing credit cards to buy this TV, I would not have had to go through all of this, (which has now probably reduced my credit rating) My Summary: As you look at the reviews for this store, use the sort feature and sort by the latest reviews so that you are looking at other recent reviews that were left here within the past year or so. Then you can make up your own mind about whether you want to give this company any of your business, and/or open any credit with this company.

When my screen saver cracked, I returned to Best Buy for a free replacement. I was told that the store no longer stocked the size that fit my phone, and that I would have to contact the manufacturer who warranted the screen saver, who happened to be 1 1/2 hour drive from me. The manufacturer also stated the screen saver was free, but it would cost $20 to install it! When I advised Best Buy of this and sought reimbursement, the manager basically said "tough shit", they could not help me. Needless to say, we will never shop their again!

The first thing I noticed is that they offer a lot of purses. Some were really cute and in good shape. While browsing shoes I saw a pair of red Keds that looked newer. I also saw a pair of sperrys that weren't too bad. I browsed the home selection which had alot of plates, cups and vases. other items seemed to be worn down. I didn't leave with shoes or a purse, but I did find a cute sweater (American eagle brand) and its was $5! great find. My problem with this goodwill is the layout--- of both the store and the parking lot. The store was crazy busy during my lunch at 1pm. I mean BUSY! I couldn't even find a parking spot! There was another car In front of me waiting for a spot.. so a lined formed to even PARK here.. The layout inside is awkward if you ask me. The aisles are very tiny. no way can 2 carts get through. There's got to be a better system. some aisles are vertical, others are horizontal which makes things even more crowded. The goodwill by my house in southside is always changing its layout to change things up and give the store some new life by moving stuff around. it was waayyy too tiny in here. Add a crap ton of people and it was not the best thrift store experience. I love thrifting and im sure great finds can be purchased here, but browsing and taking your time is nearly impossible since theres no room for other carts and its over crowded. I'll try back one day after work to see if the crowd is smaller at that time.

I've found recently on a few visits to local stores that they have raised prices on everything. What used to cost $2 now seems to cost $4 or more. I recently saw a picture in a frame that I thought was nice. They had a $25 sticker on it and the frame and glass were cracked. Some of the clothes I can find cheaper on clearance at Walmart or Target. I have also seen items with the original price sticker from when they were bought, and a Goodwill sticker beside it with a higher price. I understand they want to make more profits but let's be reasonable. People come to Goodwill for the bargains. I rarely go anymore.

The comparable price was $20, and they were marked down to $15. I waited in line for a couple of minutes before a cashier called me over to her register. She made friendly conversation and accurately rang up my purchase. I tried the pants on at home, and they fit.

This location has The Runway, which is not available at all locations. That is the design her section and depending on what you are looking for you can find some Deep discounts on high end designer clothing, especially after it goes on first or second sale. they have a large shoe department. A large pet department. A lot of people like HomeGoods better for housewares, but I found some decent home things here too.
