I WANT to give TJ Maxx a 5 star review, I love the products they offer at a highly discounted price. BUT I found out that they THROW EVERYTHING AWAY when its out of season, and after they have discounted it as much as they possibly can. Really sad to hear that - If the corp. would consider donating some of the items to the homeless shelters / food banks around our community - It would make a HUGE difference. To throw away blankets and sheets and snacks, etc is the biggest waste!!! (I mean I get it - to an extent, but c'mon!) Other than that, I love the store itself. The staff are always kind and friendly. Selection of clothes is great, not so much for the kids though. The Halloween and Christmas decorations are the best. read more

Me and a few friends decided to go shopping at Tj Maxx tonight to get a few things for our vanity's. We are teenage girls and we may have had a little bit of fun but we did not make a disturbance or destruct anything. When we left and walked out of the store an employee who was wearing a black vest and had her hair in a bun decided to flip us off - 14 year old girls - and i do not at all think this is appropriate. I understand that it is late but that gives her absolutely no reason to flip us off as we did not do anything that could have given her a right to do it. read more

It was closed and I was walking out about 10 or so minutes before closing time and while I was walking back to a car (14 years old having fun with friends) one of the workers through the door FLIPPED me off. Gave me the nasty finger. I'm very disappointed in the actions she did... it was after hours and all the workers were in a circle getting ready to leave. VERY embarrassing for a worker to do that to a customer and unprofessional. She had a black vest on and had a messy bun in her hair. Not proud read more

They should have just called this place a TJ Maxx and More. There is enough room inside to fit two stores here. Don't let that keep you away. Even though the size is on the larger side, it is very well organized inside here. Everything seemed to be in order and might I say that this is by far the best location ever? I might. It was bright and clean inside as well. The merchandise inside varied, which was nice. Even though I only had a few minutes to look over things here as I was just stopping in to grab a last minute gift, I was able to find what I needed and was on my way. It was nice to be able to accomplish that. Employees were really polite and helpful when needed. read more
