Katie took our information by phone about 3 months prior and told us that they require about 3 weeks time before the event begins to have them fitted. So the date was set and my groomsmen each came in by themselves on their own schedules to be measured. When my now-wife and I arrived, Mr. Steven Cataldo, the owner, was with another customer and still greeted us. When he finished we explained about the groomsmen and he guided us through a selection of suits from the catalogue. We already knew which colors we wanted from their online catalogue too, but the book had so many more options! We discussed shoes, neckwear, shirts, and the like. We were taken care of every step of the way. Even when one of my groomsmen showed up 3 days before pick up to be measured... MR. CATALDO STILL CAME THROUGH! There is excellence in service here and you certainly can tell from the way Mr. Cataldo treats you. When I was trying on my Tux, I voiced concerns that were immediately handled. Returning the suits was an absolute breeze as well. Katie took them and assessed them quickly and I was done in a flash. Amazing service. I couldn't be happier. I appreciated that they didn't tell me I was restricted to only bringing a certain number as I have heard of other bridal stores doing. They also let us have some celebratory champagne which was a nice touch to the day. On the day of my appointment, there was also a trunk show going on. The woman that was there on behalf of the trunk show also went out of the way to help me find exactly what I was looking for along with my assigned associate, Jennifer. Jennifer was so sweet to me the entire time and tried to make sure that my friends and family didn't overwhelm me and that I truly found the dress that I personally loved. She actually even took me away for a moment when she saw that I was overwhelmed so I could have a chance to just breathe and think. She was a great comfort to me!
