Quality, value, service, no one can compare to Olivio Irrigation and Drainage Repair. Jose, Carlos and Timoteo work as a finely tuned machine dedicated to solving their client's problems. In my case, Jose and team were hired to correct the original drainage system at my home that used the wrong parts, had been badly designed and was improperly installed. Any rain resulted in flooding that in turn created any number of problems that lingered long after the ground dried out. This job required an engineering mindset and a willingness to tackle the mistakes made by others. Jose and team analyzed the problem, unearthed the defective plumbing routes and pipes then redesigned my drainage system using the best parts and fittings and installed them with such precision that when they were done it looked like a million dollars. Jose has invested in the best professional tools and equipment so that when he arrives on scene he has everything he needs. This is rare in today's world. Jose and team love what they do and their finished product shows how quality, value and service is what clients want but seldom get in today's world. Thank you Jose, Carlos and Timoteo. Signed: A very appreciative client. read more

Have used Jose in the past for irrigation repair. Perfect work. Then needed complicated drainage work done including locating blockage, excavation, PVC pipe repair, hydro-jetting... Phew. All fixed now. He and his team went above and beyond! 100% recommend. read more

Have a blockage on my pool and side yard drains because of tree roots and previous owner neglect. In order to fix it need to identify where the blockage is. Olivio came out quickly (plus on that) but was not able to diagnose the problem. When he saw the job he immediately went to "this needs to be hourly" but he could not tell me clearly what he would be doing for my money and how to solve the problem. Just kept repeating that it's my roots and it's likely under my concrete walkway. His camera couldn't go around elbows in the system making it useless. It probably is in the location he speculates but I don't want to totally destroy the yard without more to go on. In the end he did 1 1/2 hrs of "looking" and I'm no closer to a solution. He is knowledgeable but seemed to be more interested in payment. Will need to find someone else. read more

Great experience with Jose. Left a message Friday afternoon, he called and came out Saturday morning. Fixed a major drainage pipe problem caused by tree roots. From beginning to end about 24 hours. He had all the right tools, positive attitude, and cleaned everything up. read more

I've used Olivio Irrigation a few times for sprinkler head adjustments and repairs stemming from root intrusion. They're easy to communicate with, have been able to get to my projects within a few days and have been very fair with their pricing. Unfortunately, there's not a lot of service providers that I can recommend for various types of construction and maintenance but I have no hesitation recommending Olivio. read more

We needed to find out why water was draining through our storm drain. We called regular plumbers and got the run around and wasted a lot of time. Because most plumbers don't do outside storm drainage. Jose was recommended to us from one of the plumbers. And although we have not completed our service with him yet. He has been very helpful with communication on what is possibly causing issue. It's nice to have a business owner be so helpful and informative with phone calls. We look forward to working with him in the future. read more

I have been having a problem with my outdoor irrigation system for about three years, we had a leak somewhere, our water bill kept going up and up, I had many gardeners trying to find the problem, but never successful. What we needed was a professional diagnosis expert. A friend of mine recommended Jose Olivio , he is licensed, expert in testing and diagnosing any leaking (outdoor) problem. He came as promised, on time with two trucks, equipment and two men, (it was a lot of work) but he located the problem and fixed it in one day. He wrote down on the contract that the work he did is 1 year guaranteed( parts and labor) My husband and I were were impressed, he is very professional, punctual, reliable and the fallows up even after the work is done, to make sure that everything is 100% functional. We highly recommend him and are very satisfied with the end result. We will definitely call him in the future for any other irrigation, outdoor plumbing needs. Great job ! Thank you Jose and team ! read more

Very pleased with the irrigation drain cleanout done yesterday. The two fellows worked professionally, rooting out two drains and repairing a damaged section. They also cleaned the driveway and sidewalk afterwards. read more

Mr. Olivio and his team have worked on several jobs for my home, including installing new drip irrigation, repairing existing irrigation, and most recently troubleshooting problematic French drains that were clogged and slow draining. On every occasion I've had Mr. Olivio and his team to my house the job was performed professionally, on time, with good communication, and reasonably priced. After working with various other contractors and landscapers in the past and not feeling satisfied due to poor workmanship, I was so relieved and happy to find Olivio Irrigation & Drainage Repair. Every job has been excellent. If you care about quality irrigation work I 100% recommend Mr. Olivio. read more

Jose and his crew are great. Easy to communicate and set an appointment time with and are always right on time. Jose designed and implemented a drainage project at my investment property. The property had water damage from a neighboring building and we were worried it would happen again . The new drainage was put to the test on 1/23/24 with the historic rain fall . We were beyond relieved when everything worked as designed. I would highly recommend Jose for any sized project . Jose is a master of his craft. He came the same day I called for what was originally just going to be an estimate; however, he was able to completely diagnose and fix all the issues I had with my system in just under an hour. Jose is responsive, professional, friendly, and truly saved the day for me. I hope I don't need any more repairs done but if I do, he will be the first and only person I call. read more

Jose Olivio is beyond amazing. He and his crew have been repairing my irrigation system for many years. He has always been responsive and has been able to quickly resolve any irrigation problem I have had. My irrigation system is 20 years old. Thanks to him it operates flawlessly. He has been able repair underground leaks that others couldn't even find including some that I thought were not repairable. Importantly, he has always been there when I needed him. The quality of his work and the materials he used was way above the norm and his pricing has always been fair. If you need a repir or replacement there is no better place to go. I recommend him strongly. read more

Olivio Irrigation is TOP-NOTCH! Jose Olivio and his team are the best. I had another Irrigation specialist come out prior to hiring Olivio's and I am SO GLAD I went with Olivio's. I have owned my home for just four years. The original owners planted Palm tree's everywhere, a big Ficus tree, an African Tulip, Giant Bird of Paradise, and the list goes on. What I didn't know is, you have to clean the irrigation system every two years. I don't thing the prior owner's ever had the system cleaned. Olivio's came in and worked their magic. Carlo's was amazing. Very professional. These guys really know what they are doing! They pulled out a Ficus root out of one of the pipes that was literally about 40 feet long! Those are roots in the picture! When they were done, it was almost as though they had ever been there. Very clean work. The one thing I didn't know is, they charge an additional fee if you use a credit card. On the estimate it shows that they take credit cards, but does not say they charge a fee....Just mentioning as a lot of people may not be able to write a check for the work done as in my case, it was extensive, therefore expensive.....but worth every penny. Thank you Olivio's! I highly recommend to anyone looking or a professional irrigation service. read more

Jose and his crew put in a new irrigation system at our house and I could not be more happy with the work they did. They were super easy to deal with and just a top notch company based on the others we have dealt with. The irrigation installation took a few days and they left the property in perfect condition when they were done. They system works perfectly and Jose has always been easy to reach for questions adjustments and site visits as needed. I wish more companies had the dedication to excellence that Olivio Irrigation has. I am a VERY happy customer and a particularly enthusiastic 5-star reviewer on this one! read more

Jose saved the day for my husband and I! We had a very old sprinkler valve connection joint that wouldn't budge which in trying to force it caused a breakage in the pvc piping causing an uncontrolled water leak. Jose to the rescue! He was able to fit us into his day and in fact came within a little over an hour. He explained what our options were and had the necessary tools and parts and went to work. Problem solved! I would definitely recommend Olivio Irrigation and will request his service for any future repairs. read more

I called Olivio as my drain was completely clogged. He responded right back and came out quickly. He assessed the situation and said that he could not give me a quote for the total work as he was co concerned about a big tree and roots clogging the drain. He said his rate was $200 an hour and I gave him the ok. He showed up with the crew the next day and explained exactly what to expect. They hydrojetted the drain ran the camera up to the blockage and showed me the huge root filling most of the drain. We were lucky it wasn't under the concrete. They dug it out cut the pipe section and got the root out. The rest of the line and the other side of the yard were all minor clogging and cleared quickly. His guys were neat and the bill was exactly as expected. Highly recommended! read more

I called Olivio Irrigation to ask about getting help fixing a basic sprinkler system for my front lawn. I received a quick call back and they let me know they didn't usually service my area, but happened to be close so they could pop over to see if they could quickly diagnose what was going on. They came over and got our system back online in 10 minutes. That was all appreciated! However, I am removing three stars because of the unexpectedly high price. They were at my home for 10 min, made some very basic tweaks, used no material--and then told me that I owed $75! Maybe that's the going rate--and I shouldn't have gotten caught up in the I-happen-to-be-in-your-area rush to have them come immediately--but that high number was surprising because (1) it didn't seem appropriate for the minimal work that was performed, (2) there was no prior effort by the company to specify their costs, and (3) the nature of the initial phone conversation left me with a misimpression of the nature of their pop-by visit. I was going to ask them to look into some related sprinkler issues in another part of our yard, but I quickly decided against that. Again, I appreciate the help, but I would recommend to the company that in the future they let customers know how much a very brief visit will cost. read more

I was very pleased with Olivio Irrigation's prompt and professional service. They diagnosed the system, replaced the faulty valve and made sure that everything was working correctly. Clearly, this guy knew because I was a woman, alone and in a nice area, that he could charge me anything he wanted. He said that my my system was out of date and that it hade to be replaced with the drip system. after being over charged and paying him he said he undercharged me! After running the sprinklers and having plants die on me I inspected further only to find that some of the tubing did not even have the nipples to let the water drip, and in some places had no tubing at all. since getting him back to fix it and having him try to charge me more again, I have had more problems and am finally writing this review in hopes to save some one else. He is a shady guy. BUYER BE WARE!!!! read more

We had a serious water hammer issue with our irrigation system. José Olivio was recommended to me by my neighbor (a civil engineer), and I'm grateful that he did. José diagnosed the problem, recommended a fix, and told me the price and chances that it would completely address the issue -- "probably." We scheduled a date for the repair, it was installed on schedule, in about 4 hours, and completely eliminated the water hammer -- exceeding expectations! Irrigation systems need specialized professionals. I strongly recommend José Olivio. read more
