Unfortunately Both my cat and dog have now passed away from old age, but If I was to get another pet would definitely go back there. Great service. Kerry Phillips

This is not my regular vet, but I went here with a family member after a referral she received…read more Personally, I've been to many vets and for the past decade have been with the same one. So I am not new to vets, treatments, personalities, and things that are routine. At first, the female vet seemed helpful. She is quite personable, HOWEVER, the first red flag was when she never addressed the first issue that we came in with - cat having a runny nose, difficulties breathing. Instead, she provided all these other initial treatments (vaccines, ear cleaning, deworming, vitamin shots, blood tests) which is fine. Fairly routine for a first visit, but still not addressing the initial issue we came in for. The second red flag was when she informed us that there wasn't enough blood drawn in order to perform secondary tests. So we had to come in again for another stressful blood draw. Cat is skittish and can be difficult, so any extra, unnecessary visits are STRESSFUL. The third red flag is that we were informed that because the cat is feisty, we'd have to pay for and administer ourselves a calming medication PRIOR to yet another visit. In all my years of bringing my own cat to the vet, I've never heard of such a thing. Usually vets are prepared to handle any kind of pets with all sorts of demeanors. Not sure why the onus is put back onto the pet owner to pre-drug pets prior to visit. It wasn't until 3rd visit that the issue of the runny nose/breathing difficulty were finally addressed. I did ask why vet never assisted with this during the first visit and she claimed that since cat was young, she didn't want to start her on antibiotics right away. Strange explanation. When blood tests did come back, there were some elevated creatine/protein levels. HOWEVER, no one from the clinic pointed these numbers out as potential issues. When we finally called to ask them about it, vet claimed everything was "normal" and that some numbers are elevated due to pet being stressed. Cat died within a month of this claim. Overall, it was an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience at this office. Although they did initially seemed to care, I walked away thinking that this was a big business. Many unnecessary treatments/meds were prescribed to benefit the clinic as opposed to helping the pet.

Tip: book an appointment well in advance, as they fill up quickly…read more Very happy with the wonderful job they did with my shih tzu puppy. My puppy had just removed her cone after being spayed, so her fur was very matted and knotted, and she was super stinky (she couldn't bathe for 3 weeks). We requested a teddy bear cut and even brought in a photo and they did their best to accommodate that. Although they had to shave my puppy more then anticipated due to the matting, they gave me a courtesy call before doing so. When I came to pick up my puppy she was happy and not at all sullen like she's been from other grooming places. Also, whatever shampoo they use smells amazing! My puppy smelled tropical and fresh for a solid week afterwards

A V O I D so that you don't have an injured pet. Our dog got…read moreinjured during grooming. They say they "razor burned" our dog's groin. As infection followed injury, they questioned our decision to take the dog to the vet for treatment and questioned the treatment and then they even questioned the legality of service by our vet who prescribed antibiotics and cortisone cream. Finally, groomer hid behind her contract. She then terrorized us with a threat of a lawyer. Regretfully, it is obvious that Eden (owner?) is not taking responsibility for injury. A week after hurting our dog which is still preventing him from even normal walks due to groin infection, this groomer did not even call to ask about dog's health. Do they care about injured animal, or don't they? Should we avoid this grooming service? Oh yes, we are going to AVOID them from now on.
