We were new dog owners and we always ask her questions on dog training, or even dog food, and other general terms; not once has she ever failed us. She cares about your dog enough that she would send you multiple email-length texts on how to better train your dog or solve your dog-related questions, she'd even send you multiple links of related training videos. This am, I woke up with severe pain and with the help of the system Citysniffers uses, I was able to make 2 private walk appointments last minute. I was able to see that they were accepted and went back to sleep. Ryan came and gathered my fur children who were with me in bed, he was gracous enough to ask if he can come in the room - as he usually has to when no one is home...even LOCKED my door when he went to walk them (I'm pretty sure I will be safe but thank you for that detail). He took them out, brought them back and wish me well. Locked my door and I didn't have to get up. The moral of this story is, the City Sniffers team is so trustworthy, they feel like family. They can come in and out our home & it's no problem. When I'm sick like this, I can't talk, so by being able to set up a walk, and them come in without me having to buzz etc. it makes a hge difference. I highly reccomend for those who suffer from illness. You won't have to worry about your fur-babies not getting in their walk.

The moment I spoke to him, I got good "vibes" just from the telephone call. He came by my place to meet Colby and Raleigh (my beloved Border Collies) and they took to him immediately. He later picked them up and they spent a night at his place and participated in group doggie activities. His prices are very reasonable but, again, most importantly, you can completely trust him. When I picked Nemo up, Lynsey gave me a quick briefing on how Nemo did during the grooming which I really appreciated! I got add ons like oatmeal shampoo and blueberry facial and it ended up being about $120 after tax and tip. Just the small dog haircut price is $70-80 which I feel is standard especially since some other dog groomers charge more for bichon haircuts. You do have to upload proof of your dog's rabies vaccine online or show at your appointment. I got a reminder email to upload mine even though I already did so that was a bit confusing. It also did take a couple days for me to get my reservation confirmation after booking online but I think it was because they were super backed up at the time.
