I went with a group of friends, there was six of us for lunch. Everything was delicious. I had the 5 cheese Ziti and salad with breadsticks. Everybody enjoyed their meal. I love the salad. It was so fresh and delicious and so were the breadsticks they were cooked. Very good this time. My only complaint was the service was slow and it was a hassel making everybody trying to check out on the electronic keypad on the table, then the receipts wouldn't print out so she had to go get our receipts for us anyway. We had a wonderful dinner for the 4th of July. Most restaurants were closed but Olive Garden was kind enough to stay open for their patrons who didn't want to spend the day in the heat outside. We had a wonderful server Matt with a good sense of humour. We shall be returning as many times as we can. We had a pretty lousy lunch experience today. We had a server that may be decent on other occasions, but today was not someone i would seek out, and would ask to sit in a different section if I knew she was my server. Alisa. We were sat at table 205, and we waited., and waited . No server. Luckily the tables have the little kiosks, so I was able to order some calamari for us. Still no server. Several minutes later, a manager comes walking around with calamari looking confused. He slowly bypassed our table because we clearly hadn't been served yet, we were still had our menus and there were no coasters dropped off by the assigned server letting others know that a server had already been by the table. He continued to walk around and instead of our calamari getting cold, We told him the calamari was ours and he made the comment ... oh I didn't see drinks so I didn't know it was yours. We then told him that we hadn't had a server come by yet. Somehow he didn't seem surprised. He took our drink order, and still no server, and brought our drinks back and said he would send a server over right by. Still no server. A few minutes later another manager came by and asked how we were doing and we advised her that we still hadn't seen a server or ordered yet. She took our order which was simple enough, we both ordered soup and salad. Still no server. That same manager then brought our soup and salad and bread sticks . Still no server. By this time I was just very confused and more than a little irritated, (we wanted more red sauce for the calamari) because tables on either side of us had been waited on , table behind us had been waited on , literally our little table 205 was just being ignored by the server. finally , Alisa casually walked by with no apology no excuse and said 'y'all doing good'? and started to walk off again. We had to stop her and ask for water refills. When she finally came back with the water refills we then had to ask her for soup refills. Definitely not offered. When she brought the soup , one in each hand , no tray, we went ahead and ordered two of the $6 to go meals while we had her there at the table. We didn't want to take a chance of her disappearing again and not being able to order the to-go entrees. We finished our food and hadn't seen Alisa again. There was no offer of more breadsticks, no offer of more salad, she never came by again. I went ahead and paid on the kiosk because now we were running late to get back to work. Finally Alisa came by with the two to go meals. Again no apology and no explanation. She just put the bag on the table and that was it. I'm glad at least a couple of managers were paying attention otherwise who knows how it would have turned out, probably not even a 3 star review if it hadn't been for the two managers. read more

Based on the team that had come out to the car, it was phenomenal. Before the pandemic, no one had this kind of service. So I guess they had to accommodate to the times. Anyways, still friendly as always. For curbside, call ahead and place your order. At your estimated time, pull up to one of their designated curbside parking and text the number on the sign. 2. Price - Main entrees can range from $14 to $20. 3. Ambiance - Dark, Cozy, romantic, and cheesy. 4. Food - their staples are chicken alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs, and garlic bread. 5. Willowbrook. I placed a takeout order and sat at the bar. I sat near the beer taps and observed a young man standing to the right of the bar, looking intently his phone. As I waited for a bartender to acknowledge my presence, I watched the young man throw some trash away, then walk across to the bar sink and begin to put glasses away. He then walked past me once again and back to the other end of the bar. Patiently, I asked, "Is there anyone here working the bar?" He then replied, "I am". Patiently, I asked, "Can you serve me a beer?" He then put his phone down and asked, "Yes, which one do you want?" He served me a dressed Blue Moon, and just took off somewhere. I was about halfway through my beer when the food arrived. I had no bar check to tab out. I picked up my order from the counter when he popped out from somewhere with my bar tab. I have not been to with Olive Garden for the longest time and so I was excited when somebody suggested to me here because I wanted to remember how good the place was. Our service was just all right. I think that the customer service makes a huge difference and they did not do a very good job but I think they were still a new higher because they were very frustrated with the rush. They were quite busy and I did like that the server brought out drinks for us as we were leaving for my kids, because I did not realize that their drinks were included in the kids menu. The seafood Alfredo was pretty good, I enjoyed the soup and the breadsticks are something my picky child ate, so that was a total win. I'll be back but hopefully the service improves. read more

Staff was only cleaning tablets at tables and not wiping down tables and chairs! We were told one side was closed! But 15 minutes went by and everyone was sitting in the spot they just told us was closed! We waited for salad and breadsticks to come to our table! The waiter told us we do not receive any of that until we receive our food! Which was weird because when did Olive Garden start doing that! Went for the never ending soup, salad and breadsticks. The food and service were fine, but the portions were quite small. Every time the server brought more soup and salad the portions were smaller than the one before. I need to highlight the fact that this Olive Garden visit was something out of the twilight zone. I used to work at Olive Garden for over 3 years during college and I have to say that this location was, HANDS DOWN, the weirdest and most off putting Olive Garden I have been to yet. We were sat by our host around 930 pm. We waited at our table for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to greet us. I got up from the table to go speak with the host who sat us and I asked if we could have someone take care of us and that we haven't been greeted. The host then asked "where are you sitting?" Mind you this was after he just sat us at our table 15 minutes before. There seemed to have been about four servers on the floor.. another hostess came to greet us which was weird because there were enough servers on the floor. She took our order and then came back to tell us that they are restocking the salad and that it will take a few minutes... by this point we haven't received our drinks still. My daughters food was disgusting, the food was just super terrible. No type of distancing was enforced. It was alright to be honest. I mean yes the restaurant was clean and it's still a newer location. Service was interesting because our server kept getting confused on what was ordered, and then brought the wrong food so there was that. Then 2 of the main entrees arrived 10 minutes after the rest of the table. There just seems to be a lot of confusion between the wait staff and the kitchen, and or she was just overwhelmed. I visited one weeknight a couple months after their grand opening with no wait to get a table. I'm not sure what was wrong with our waitress, but she was not very good. A second waitress that kept coming by was the one to refill the drinks and ask if I needed anything. It took longer than expected to bring out the food from the kitchen as well, even though they weren't very busy. Good news is that the food tasted like typical Olive Garden. I didn't get tempted by their endless pasta for 12.99 simply because it seems designed for vegetarians. You have to pay extra if you want meat on your pasta. read more

The sauce on his chicken tasted strange -- he said it was very tart. My chicken giordano was very bland and the vegetables were so tiny I felt like they were trying to stretch the amount of vegetables they had. I didn't even finish my entree. Thankfully the soups were good, I have the chicken gnocchi, it was so good. Our server Eevee was cool too. Definitely step it up with the food though. Early dinner around 4 for family of 5. I ignored the dried stale bread sticks. The waitress was kind enough but appeared over worked and not interested, the kids meals came quickly and then 20 min later I'm asking for our waitress who had vanished to inquire about the adult meals and was told "it just takes a lot longer kids meals only take about 5 min"; we waited about 10 min more for our warm meals which by now the kids were completely finished and ready to go. Other people were served quicker. We ate about 1/2 not enjoying the meal at all. Never saw the waitress again - ever. Had to request check which someone else brought. On way to the restroom I passed the hostess desk which had no less then 7 employees gathered around it having a lovely time laughing and chatting. I then asked to see the manager - when she finally arrived I express everything above and was told "employees are to start their shift at front desk" which I said was fine but my server is no where and food took forever possibly bec more help was needed. I was told just to "ask for me when you return next time" - seriously lady - she tried to give me her card - I told her it was unnecessary. I received no satisfaction from the overprized meal, lack of customer service and poor management style. Never again! read more

Whenever I go to a chain restaurant like Olive Garden, it's typically expected that the reason they want uniformity across their locations is to give you a comfortable feeling of familiarity amongst their restaurants. I typically don't "review" the food, as generally it's always the same, give or a take a couple of experiences where some chef cooks something more than supposed or less than supposed to. Generally, it is all the same. However, what IS worth reviewing are the staff and the environment, the staff here seemingly just care more to me. The wait staff has always been phenomenal, literally the only complaint in three separate visits to this location is that, we weren't notified that Steak gorgonzola was removed from the menu after we had already put in in order and we decided to stick with the beef gorgonzola. The environment has always been extremely warm and welcoming, I've never come to this location and felt like the hostess or host did not want to be there. Just like any Olive Garden, you can come here and get your usual favorites. Unlike every Olive Garden, you can come here and rest assured that you will be waited on by a friendly staff that works hard in ensuring you are completely taken care of. read more
