Amazing wine from Spain - bought at Olive & Vyne in Eagle ID

I have to say - this was the BEST thing experience we ever had in an oil and vinegar shop! We just moved to the area and saw this shop on Trip advisor. The last review was 2020 when people were being snotty to each other - so I had to go see for myself and wow - I can't say enough great things about this small business! The family who owns this shop is amazing and so are their employees. They treat everyone with genuine hospitality and have such a great knowledge of the products they sell. Love the insights on oils, vinegars & their world wide variety of wines! We got to taste many oils and vinegars and shooed for gifts too! We found out They have a Thursday wine and tapas made by the owners - tasting every week. The also have specials on holidays. Their prices are reasonable and their gift packs are something more I will be gathering up for the holidays! We bought several wines, oils, vinegars - to enjoy with some goat chips and caprese salad at home tonite. They were beautifully wrapped too! We got the perfect garlic oil for searing our meat and an aged wine from Spain to compliment our meal - we will definitely be back! These folks have made long term customers of us! Thank you Olive & Vyne for making our first week in Eagle amazing!

This is located next to The Chocolat Bar, and it was such a wonderful store to discover. There are so many lovely gifts to buy for loved ones from dishes to spices to wine to olive oils. In addition, they also have a wide array of balsamic vinegars. Great for stocking stuffers and/or co-worker gifts, but this place was amazing 2 discover, visit & shop today! Kudos to the owners! Thank you for the candy canes for my boys as well.

Under new ownership this year- but the same fantastic oils & vinegars. I especially recommend their Chipotle as well as Garlic Artichoke infused olive oils. Cooking is made quicker when your oils are infused with au much flavor... treat yourself to some pure olive oils for all your home Covid-19 era creations!

It feels a little strange saying this as people who live in the NY/NJ area, but Luciano's served…read moresome of the best Italian food we've had in years. From the moment we walked in, you could tell this was a true family-run restaurant. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and our waitress was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and happy to share recommendations for places to check out around Boise. The food was so good that we completely forgot to take pictures before digging in, which honestly says everything. We started with the Caesar salad, which was solid, but the stars of the meal were the entrées. My husband ordered the shrimp Alfredo, and I had the Rosemary Chicken Formaggio. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, flavorful, and homemade. Somehow, it was even better the next day as leftovers. My husband's favorite part of the meal was actually the rosemary focaccia loaf they bring out with oil and vinegar. Simple, but absolutely delicious. If you're visiting Boise and looking for great Italian food, Luciano's is absolutely worth the stop. We'd happily come back the next time we're in town.

Man.. I wish I had better things to say. We came here with no reservations (no biggie) and waited…read more45 mins (cool) but when we got seated we waited 15 mins before anybody even recognized we were there. We understand it was busy but at some point you have to manage your tables better.... We got to order our within 15 mins for our appetizers but had to wait another 30 minutes to order our main meal. an Hour later we were able to order our entree and that is unacceptable. We waited so long, we asked for our boxes and meals to go before it was even served to us. I really wanted to get this place more stars but at this point it's probably a three star if not a 2 1/2. I can't judge the food or anything else based on the lack of consideration or Manning in the place since we came..

If you live in the Treasure Valley, and enjoy going out to eat, and haven't been to Italianesque,…read morethen you are missing something special. This is more true if you live in Nampa, and this situation applied to my wife and I prior to yesterday. Don't be put off by it's location. Yes, this spot does not seem like a place where you would find a great eating establishment, but based upon our experience, that should be at the bottom of the list of concerns. The vibe of the place represents it's truth. Italianesque feels like a family run restaurant, run by people who enjoy what they do. That's because that is exactly what it is. There is no corporate mood or tone here, but rather it feels like friends wanting to run a neighborhood restaurant with all the good things that go with providing that kind of service to the local community. I'd recommend getting a reservation if you want to dine inside, but we failed to do that last night and the tables were full at 5:00pm on a Thursday. That's a pretty good signal that Italianesque has something good going on. Our experience was five-stars across the board. We ate on the patio which was pleasant in the shade, and the soft breeze felt nice in the informal al fresco environment. The service was excellent. Paula was a delight, and the other servers were all super friendly and helpful too. We enjoyed our specialty cocktails as our food was being prepared, and we enjoyed the appetizer special. The single word I would describe our dinner entrées would be "Wow". I had the spicy Cajun Seafood Linguini, and it was truly delicious. So full of flavor! We ended our meal with a slice of Key Lime Pie which did not disappoint. My opinion is that Italian food should be zesty and bold, cooked with passion and served with a smile. Italianesque delivered. If you enjoy bland Italian cooking, or just an average meal, there are plenty of other places you can go to. We'll be back to Italianesque, because there were many other things on the menu that I really want to try.

The appetizer bread is good but not $10 good 6 for the bread and a bowl of olive oil is $4 with seasonings. For 4 slices of bread. I expected like a loaf for that. I got the pappardelle bolognese with a meatball, a 3 oz dry meatball not worth the up charge. . And friend got Alfredo was also good just a little soupy. Solid place but the basics work here unless you want to splurge but the prices are not worth it to me. To each their own.
