Sadly the dip was not picking up and my nails ended up looking super grainy. She was nice enough to offer a coat of shellac to cover up the odd coloring, but it was extremely painful. My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue. I'm really sad this was my first experience because I've heard great things and I hope this was just a one time occurrence! I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here.
