I've always believed in muscle medicine through massage and always appreciate the relief I feel after a deep tissue massage. The first time I got a massage here I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff here. They immediately have you sit down near the door to take your shoes off and put indoor slippers on and they walk you to the massage room. I remember the massage being exactly what I needed at the time. More recently, I booked my boyfriend and I a couples massage for our anniversary, something we've both needed for awhile. We've both been stressed and tense lately and I thought this would be the perfect way to celebrate. They welcomed us as we got in for our appointment and got us settled into our room. Each masseuse could find easily where are muscles needed the most attention. I appreciate that they also stretched my arms to further aid in the relief of my upper back. Our massages were much needed and helpful for both of us. I look forward to heading back here for another massage soon to work through my tight muscles. This location is perfect for where we live. Not too far, ample parking and near Ital Vital as well!! If you're looking for a great massage at a reasonable price I would highly recommend making an appointment here.

Next time we are in Omaha we will be back.

Minimal coverage provided, so if you're particularly shy, know that only the essentials are hidden. The room was warm enough that I was not uncomfortable. None of the Asian women speak much English, so be prepared for that. They do conduct themselves professionally though! Unlike reviews of other places, my worker stayed in the room and worked on me the full hour, other than fetching a hot towel once. I was not asked about specifics, so it was mostly surface strokes and some stretching. Very light oil. Mostly face down; maybe the last 15 flipped over. Compared to previous experiences at other venues, I don't think that my worker had taken formal classes. I was left to get dressed, and when I did, I was asked for a tip with humility. Thankfully I was not harassed for more money, as I've read happens at other places. I picked up a card on the way out: Golden Phoenix Massage. Not the same as what is on the door. Maybe they did, or are, rebranding? Summary: It was a good, basic relaxation massage for $60. If you want a more therapeutic experience, go to one of the many places around that charges $90 or more.

I didn't find it particularly off-putting but a few questions had me pause because the delivery was overly direct (why have I tried multiple massage locations, etc). I can roll with that style but can connect the dots with a few other reviews around customer service. Difference in style is my guess, but it would not be enough to deter me from coming back - the massage was excellent which is what I am ultimately coming for. Worth the Groupon gamble

Jesse is one of the owners and was very rude to me when I got there and found I had a male massage therapist. I would never have agreed to that. She said my text noted that, but it did not. The receptionist was just as rude telling me she told me on the call I was going to have a male massage therapist. This also is untrue. Rather than trying to make it right, they kept trying to put the blame on me. I was told I was rude and disrespectful as I wanted a refund and was told they were going to call the police if I didn't leave. I work with customers all day long and would never have imagined this type of treatment went on. Beware of this place. Even with a Groupon, not worth it. Groupon refunded me when I told them the police were called as I was rude and disrespectful. They get one star as zero is not an option. Also, Steve, another owner, came up and tried to make it right and cancelled the police call. He was great, but he can't make up for everyone else and their unprofessionalism, immaturity, and complete lack of any business sense.

In this case, the massage area is to the side of the actual salon. The waiting area and massage room was comfortable. The room was a pleasant temperature. My appointment was for 5pm and my massage started at approximately 5:05pm. I prefer light to mild strokes, but will often not correct the masseuse unless it is painful. Jennifer used several different strokes that were unique to her and the pressure was (what I would consider) to be medium. Jennifer focused on the areas that we discussed during the intake and the massage was very relaxing. The massage lasted slightly less than 50 minutes, ending at approximately 5:55 (I was dressed and in my car by 5:58). As compared to other massages I have gotten, I would place this experience in the 60th-70th percentile. Having thought about it, I do think that the length of the massage was a few minutes short as compared to many massages - that was disappointing, but everything else was great! Normal price for an hour is $75, which is somewhat high. At the time of this review, Jen has promotions on Groupon and LivingSocial. I was rushed to leave, and didn't get a chance to see if she runs other specials or promotions direct.

A great massage session. First time having an Ashiasiu Massage. Ashiasiu is a barefoot massage…read moreusing deep pressure from the therapist's feet. The therapist stands on the table while holding onto bars overhead for stability and support. Technique consists of deep compression and gliding strokes along with assisted stretching. I have consistent issues with my neck, shoulders and back due to long term wear and term and require deep tissue work to break through the knots and assist with stretching things out. Palm and Sole Massage was recommended to me by another massage therapist who when she needs work goes to Palm and Sole. Made an appointment with Saderia who has the training in Ashiasiu. Set up for an hour session. The business is not as easy to find as you might like. It is blocked by trees and is in the back corner of a parking lot with other businesses in the front. Inside the business, the area is spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Saderia took my info and got my history. The session started and Saderia slowly worked up to full pressure with her feet. The compression from the feet due to weight and leverage can get deeper than other therapy techniques using elbows and forearms. It was an outstanding session and really worked things out. For the first time in a long time, my pain for significantly reduced. Will definitely be making another appointment.
