The service by Will was great. He was very attentive and answered all the questions and also made suggestions. He was very friendly and patient. If you are into lights they had many variations and selections of quality lights and flashlights. We went there on a Sunday 5 days before the actual Black Friday and they had many sales. Some up to 40% off! Great value before the big rush on Black Friday. If you are looking for a good deal. Go sooner than later so you can beat the rush read more

"Instead of cursing the darkness, light a candle." Benjamin Franklin We all need to have problem solving skills and pragmatic thinking and solutions. When man decided to come out of darkness and into the light, a whole new dimension of reality emerged. Life changed because of the light. These days the technology is so powerful and simple that light is at your fingertips. Founded in 2007, Olight is a flashlight company under Fox Fan with headquarters in Taiwan. It's local company is located in Georgia in the United States. This company specializes in flash lights including LED, tactical, battery powered, headlamps, and survival devices of all sorts. It's no surprise that Olight provides flashlights to law enforcement and military officials. They offer a variety of options for the rest of citizens and many types of outdoor enthusiasts. When you need a flash light to depend on look no further. Many of the LED flash lights they offer stay charged for over a week with just regular use. Many of these flash lights have high resolution LED lighting and can be bring one out of the darkness and into the light. In fact I'm 2022 a recall took place because Olight flash light products were experiencing issues and turning on by themselves causing burn hazards . Follow all the instructions on the proper way to use your flashlight from handling to charging for ultimate safety control. Olight remembered those that were in strife mode. Imagine the ocean coming into your living room space. Or a river washing out your home forever. All that you owned gone in an instant. For some comfort this company donated flash light to victims of the recent hurricanes in North Carolina and Florida. Bringing some of these individuals light and hope in the most desperate of times. Be mindful of what "can" happen these days. We live in chaos and challenges these days. Just being a little prepared puts my mind at ease. The light options are endless with what this company offers to its customers. If it's good enough for law enforcement agencies to use; it's good enough for my own personal safety concerns. read more

A flashlight store billed as a flashlight experience? I've been in some niche stores around the world but never a retail store dedicated to flashlights. Clearly someone had a bright idea or did they? The Olight flashlight store located in Fashion Mall Las Vegas is hidden in a corner on the 2nd level just past the midway point. It's creatively designed for you to pick up, play with, experiment with most of their top sellers and new lights. Most of time when it comes to flashlights, we just buy one on Amazon or get one at the store. The plastic packaging that encases the flashlight needs the local fire department with the jaws of life but here with Olight, no jaws of life is necessary. Most if not all of their lights come in box packaging. It was cool to pick up and play with a number of lights. The Baton is a great example, it doesn't seem so beefy in its pics on Amazon but it's hefty in your hand. It's got some weight behind it and appears to be sturdy enough to handle a couple of drops. The spheres are little lights that are really cool for travelers as they can be placed anywhere. So often in hotels, the light and light fixtures are never the same place and oddly placed. I usually travel with my Streamlight Wedge as an EDC but I can see where a sphere orb would come in handy. The Olight employees were very friendly and answered a lot of questions and a bonus is that there's a Yelp check in offer for swag. Who doesn't love swag right? One cool thing is that if you place an order online, you could pick it up at the store. Olight definitely flipped the switch for more exposure of their lights and brand, it will be interesting to see if customers are turned on to have a flashlight experience store. read more

Best customer service.. everyone loves there job.. they really know their products too.. fun fun store . Great stuff for gifts too!

Can someone tell me what I have to do to be considered a fan of this product? I own over 20 of their products, live locally in Las Vegas and they wouldn't even give me an invite for their fan event and store grand opening. I love their products. They're well made and generally reasonably priced. They also are very feature-rich. I own so many because I carry them in all my bags and cars and always have one or two in my pocket read more

Nice to feel and test the products in the store. Friendly service. Not enough selections to review. Update: thank you for responding to my comments. I appreciate your comments even though it wasn't the best review for your business. I went to the store after I left the review and purchased Baton 4 and Iclip. A really great store for one of the best flashlight brands for every day carry. Nick and Kyle were wonderful, friendly, and downright cool to talk to. The store itself was only soft opened when I got to visit and will open fully on Sept 14th. Still a really cool place to check out. read more

This is not just any retail store this is quite an EXPERIENCE! This is THE place for anyone who loves FLASHLIGHTS and anything that puts out light! What a great place to bring the whole family along. I won't include any spoilers here but there are some few cool things to see. Almost the entire selection of the OLIGHT line is represented - they have always been about packing value and technology into every product. You don't have to break the piggy bank to get some premium flashlights! The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Fashion Show is a top tier mall with all the internally known brands represented. I this this is the first flashlight brand with a retail store like this! Way to go Olight! So It's me Lincoln again on my wife's Yelp leaving another review. I'm going to continue to leave a review about this store and the encounter I had with very unkind and nasty employee, whose attitude was disgraceful and disgusting. My last review I'm sure was removed somehow by that employee but my next move is to call their corporate number and report him/his service and treatment towards me when I visited the store. I wrote a review 8 days ago, which was the day I was in the store. I will leave screen shots of the previous review I left before that store clerk had it removed. The store clerk was an older white male with hair that's balding. Not sure of his name because he never introduced himself properly with a name or any other welcoming words. I am 100% sure of his description. The OLIGHT store has cameras I'm sure, so I'm sure once I contact corporate about him they will be able to look on the camera 8 days from today and see that he was on his phone, not working and if the cameras have audio they will hear his poor choice of words to me and his attitude walking away. The store its self is very nice and clean and I'm sure has "OTHER" pleasant and kind employees. That guy WAS NOT ONE OF THEM. read more

Great store, great products. Enjoyed the service, thanks Noel for your time. I'll be back.

We visited the Olight Las Vegas store at the Fashion Show mall during their soft opening and it was everything we hoped for. We were able to test out and hold a few products that we were interested in and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Grace and Mindy! The store interior is very inviting and well appointed with interesting focal points like the giant orange Arkfeld Pro and the awesome Seeker Flashlight Chandelier--now that is one stunning display of creativity and innovation! We look forward to seeing Olight become more successful in the retail space and they just paved the way for a great customer experience! read more

Really, really disappointed. I have multiple Olight products and am generally happy with the products. I walked in hoping to talk with Olight employees who knew about the products and to hopefully learn about new products. Nope. Instead, I encountered a group of wholly incompetent and inept staff. I asked what lights have a USB-C port on the light itself. That's it. All they had to do was say, "sorry, we don't know, give us a chance to look it up." Instead, a man led me to a light that had a USB-C port on the holster. I reiterated that I was looking for a light with a USB-C port on the light itself. He led me to a light that had a USB-C port on a charging case. I reiterated that I was looking for a light with a USB-C port on the light itself. He led me over to another light, saying they could charge magnetically. The manager, who was standing nearby, walked over and she told the guy (who was ostensibly trying to help me) to go away. She then went to the back and brought out a woman whom she said knew more. This woman said that I was thinking of an old model. I told her that is not the case, and that I owned one that I had purchased this year. She then said that I could look online. At this point, the manager came over and motioned for the other woman to be quiet and go away. She then apologized and said that the employees had only been working for two days, that she had only been with the company for four months, and that the other woman had been with the company for five years, and that they all didn't know much about flashlights. I said that wasn't ideal, but that at the very least, they could have said something like, "I don't know, let me find out for you," instead of leading me around to items that were clearly not what I was looking for. I even asked the manager if I could have phrased my question differently because I thought I had been specific in asking for "a light that had the USB-C port on the light itself", and she said that I had been as specific as possible and that there wasn't another way I could have asked. She then said everyone was trying their best. I pointed out that would be like going to a Toyota dealership asking if they had any Camrys and being led to Tundras and 4Runners. The manager said that was a good point. At this point, another employee (who seemed to have been actually researching on her phone during this ordeal) piped up and listed three products. As I was aware of those three products already, I asked if there was anything else that had a USB-C port on the light itself. She then walked me over to a light that plugged into a USB-A port. At this point, if one or more of them had ended it there, that would have been fine, but they kept trying to justify their lack of knowledge. This went on and on, and then eventually, the manager said she was sorry I had the impression that they didn't do well. I pointed out that I was just stating what had happened, and that all they had to do was just say at the beginning, "I don't know, let me find out for you." She then said that even if something happened completely differently, that the impression is all that matters. I told her that is completely wrong, because if someone punches you in the face and then says that they have the impression that they didn't punch you, that impression doesn't matter. What matters are the facts. The manager then said she was going to walk away, and then walked away. The other employees then tried to reframe it by saying I had asked the wrong question. I told them to look back through the video camera footage (I assume there's no audio recorded for legal purposes, but just in case they were recording audio), and they would see that I had asked the question as specifically as possible from the beginning. They kept trying to equivocate, so when the woman who had been with the company for five years said that they would improve and that I would be really impressed if I came back in a month, I just nodded and said, "maybe," and walked out. If this is the face that Olight is putting on for the people who don't already know Olight products, they need to reevaluate whom they have hired for their first brick and mortar location. read more
