Two employees saw me struggling, and both looked away. Two stars for being a cool-looking place, but zero stars for the cold employees, especially the redhead who obviously got up on the wrong side of the bed that day. Unluckily for me, she was who "assisted" me at the counter. Odd policies in place, but it's their right. Something felt off from the beginning, so I left. Another reminder to trust your gut.

Upon entering, they have a little karaoke pod and a photobooth. We didn't really try either, but the photobooth seemed unique from the typical American kinds. You could take a pic with a celebrity that is photoshopped into the picture which is cool. They do not allow food or drink into the store, so you will have to drop it off at the front and then you can browse. There is a HUGE selection of Kpop albums and merch. They tended to organize by artist. They have a large selection of light sticks. The prices seemed pretty reasonable, and there's plenty of clearance/sales. There was Kpop videos playing throughout the store. Can't really comment on the service since we didn't purchase anything. There seemed to be plenty of parking. The kids area has evolved into something better. It comes with a reading area for the little ones. Try the book out before you go home. If you're into the manga reads they can order what you don't have, as needed. They have an excellent selection of this genre . It's the twins favorite things to read at the moment. It's a little bit of everything for all sorts of different tastes. The point is you're just reading. If you need your caffeine and a little nook to read your book they have a cafe with coffee and snacks. It's just a place to come and visit and relax.
