We absolutely loved loved loved this new spot brought by Blake Shelton. It's in a prime spot with views of the Bellagio water fountain, there is 3 levels, first being the restaurant part and where the live music is played (although you can hear the band from any level), second level is nice with some outdoor seating that you can sit at and enjoy the view and drinks, 3rd level has a DJ outside and a bar with some seating but we believe some of these need to be reserved and since there was no seating avail we went back to the second floor. We didn't try the food so we don't know how the food is but we definitely plan to be back as we enjoyed the this place and the drinks. They do have stairs to take to the other floors and would recommend as the elevators took kinda long. read more

Had to ask for water several times. They don't make money off that, so what's the rush right? Hair in my salad was not good! Wagyu was $59. Should have been so much better than it was. The breading fell off the minute the knife touched it. Soggy underneath, with oil on the plate. I could have done a better job, and that's not saying much. Beer was flat. Not the best experience. I might change this to a higher star if I knew what this " entertainment fee" was for. Was it for the lady at the table next to us hootin and hollering at the top of her lungs? That was not entertaining. Was it for the lady who was dancing right in front of us that her butt hit out table several times? No, that was not entertaining either. MAYBE it was when the table busser knocked a full glass of lemonade all over me and got my jeans soaked that I had to wear that way the rest of the night. NO... That certainly was not entertaining. Actually, that really sucked. I feel the manager should have at least come over and apologized or something for that... but nope. Soooi....I'm assuming that sly little charge is to help cover the cost of the band. I did enjoy the band. They were good. I don't even really mind the charge. What I do mind is the sneaky way that it's just put on there. Like you are hoping people don't notice it. It just seems like such a snake thing to do. Can't you be better than that? Btw.... This place is HORRIBLE. Let's first talk about the food. We got the nachos and fries, 1 soft drink and 2 refillable soft drinks -- that should've came in a novelty cup($12 each). Waitress forgot to bring waters even after requesting it a second and third time, plus she charged us extra for refill. The food was mid. Fries and nachos cold. The service was horrendous! We waited almost 30 minutes to get acknowledged. Our drinks were delivered 30 minutes later. No plates or utensils. This was by far the worst customer experience ever! read more

It was my first time to eat here. I came with friends when we were visiting from out of town. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad that came with honey mustard dressing. It was big enough to share with another person. The chicken was very dry that I had to drink in order to swallow. I ate only ONE piece of chicken strip and ate the rest. I was pretty disappointed. Came here for lunch on Sunday afternoon and it wasn't very busy. We were told to check in at the 2nd floor to have lunch. All staff were friendly and efficient. They had live music and a free selfie photo station. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and tater tots. The top bun was soft but the bottom bun was stale. The pulled pork and slaw were good. The tater tots were very dense/heavy and more like a rolled potato cake. My spouse had the brisket sandwich with slaw on the side. The brisket was thin and flavorful but the hot link tasted weird/bad to us. His French fries were good but we never got the side of slaw. They also have a rooftop eating area as well. This has misters and great views of the strip. I would only come back to have drinks on the rooftop. read more

Went there because we were excited to hear some good country music and the experience was horrible. The band knew how to play instruments but as for the singing part it sounded like a bad karaoke lineup. Got the tater tots and the portion was ridiculously small for the price and didn't even taste good and had a very weird texture as it appeared that they are made from smooshed hash browns. And don't go there for drinks or you will be broke before you can even catch a buzz. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with this place, I would think Blake would have been pissed if he was there tonight. read more

The entrance is a bit confusing, as I was there right before opening, I saw multiple people being confused as what was the front door for the restaurant. There's multiple doors on the building so I could see how people were confused. Venue: Open entering we were seated rather quickly, even with a lot of people in line, we were guided upstairs quickly. The venue is rather big so lots of options for seating. We chose to be on the second floor so we could see the live music from a higher perspective. The artist was performing right at opening which was surprising, he was good. The restaurant is what you would expect from a Nashville place in Vegas. Service: Our waitress was Tasha Joy (hopefully spelled that right). She was very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. Her service was great and the food was coming out fast (impressive for just opening up for the day). Food: Fried Pickles (9/10), enjoyed these a lot they were lightly crispy but not too covered in batter. Wings (6/10), they were average. Trash Talking Taco Salad was good, just wished they gave you a bigger bowl for it because mixing it is impossible. Everything ordered was a very good portion, so everything is good to share with the table. Definitely worth a try if you are curious, but not something would necessarily crave to come back for. Something that I noticed was some of the doors were closed from the inside so people would try and walk out through them and they were locked, no signage saying it's not an exit. Dangerous if you need to get out of there quickly for safety reasons. Was a couple months ago so hopefully that's been better handled. read more

A little line but no more than 10mins wait for 2 of us. We were entertained in line by the live music. The performer was great! He was nonstop for a good 1.5hrs. Got a table on the 2nd floor, next to the bar. We couldn't see the performer on the first floor but you can hear him. Small and simple menu. We ordered the pickles, nachos and burger. Their burger is sooo worth it, others are ok. If you're here, don't rush. Enjoy the music, the vibe, and drinks. As it was our first time, we went to each floor to check it out. Every floor has table seatings and bar. The rooftop would be amazing in May and June before it's crazy hot or crazy cold. Again, bar seatings are open to first come, first service. You know ... things like: show up to the table within 12 minutes after seating, check-in more than once at the table as a primary server, realize there are no condiments on table so I don't have to go looking for you or ask the bartender. I could have gotten a better burger and fries at Red Robbin for half the price. You are paying for the atmosphere and music which I will admit was unique and good. Live music, great service, with a cold beer is a nice way to end the night! We were able to sit up front and listen to an awesome band play. This place has multiple floors and I believe on the upper floors it's an open patio setting so you can also have a view of the strip. My only gripe is the nachos were not so good and my cocktail was super sweet. We came early maybe 5-6 and left around 8pm and a line was forming outside. Tried this place in March 2024. It's decent. There was live music which was quite good during the day (we went for lunch) and the food was good. I had the taco salad which was huge and had lots of stuff on it-- my only complaint was how greasy the taco meat was. It was actually so greasy that when the grease ran down to the bottom and hit the cold plate, it coagulated into a pretty big grease ball, so I opted not to eat the lettuce at the bottom that was covered in what cold beef fat. That said, the salad was so big, I was full by the time I got half way to the bottom anyway. The nachos were good and my husband had the brisket sandwich which was really good as well. The menu isn't extensive-- mostly bar food-- but there's enough there that there's something for pretty much anyone. The service was ok. Not great, but we were a big party so I know it's hard to stay on top of everyone's needs. We were surprised that several of the bathrooms (they are individual, gender-neutral bathrooms with sinks inside each) were out of soap-- especially so early in the day. They apparently didn't refill them prior to opening. But we had hand sanitizer so that was fine. There was a line outside when the restaurant opened. If you want to try this place, don't let that deter you. It's huge and there are plenty of tables and they get you seated fairly quickly. read more

I've been to the one in Nashville, I'm a Vegas local so was thrilled when I read one will be in LV. I worked half a day on a Monday recently, a band was playing and the keyboardist was sporting red gloves (the name eludes me at the moment). There was a line, please note this was during the day and I'm sure in the evening the line is quite long. Secured a spot at the bar on level one and ordered those Red Neck nachos. All was decent, BUT the personable Michelle was slinging drinks behind the bar where I secured my spot. She gave me the run down on this spot, four levels. Etc. Note I was on level 1 and did not make it past 1 due to the fabulous and charismatic Michelle. I've returned since and was hoping one evening to make it to level 4. I know, it's not a video game;) Made level 4 the other evening and why. Oh, why was Michelle not at level 4. So, friends and I searched the other levels for our new fav LV Strip bartender Michelle. FOUND, she gave us all the run down and recalled who we were and recognized we added two more onto our group. Michelle's charismatic ways and slinging cocktail skills had us there and we have planned our next return because of her! A+++ read more
