Okay, I preface this review with I don't think the restaurant was made to serve foreigners (especially Americans). It's a themed restaurant that sells burgers, chicken, steak, salads, fries, etc. Basic American food. There's not many places in Italy where this kind of food is served.
The food isn't very good. The burger I ordered was dry and I'm sure the meat had bread (bread crumbs or like) added to it. The fries were ok. A little too salty. The desert was fairly plain. Tasted if purchased from a supermarket frozen section.
The staff was good. They were friendly and helpful. Young people in their late teens and early twenties.
There's games inside and an old west theme.
For locals, this place may fit the bill for a taste of burgers and fries. Change of pace from Italian food. Unfortunately they aren't getting a good representation of American food. And for Americans visiting, I would recommend sticking to the numerous Italian restaurant choices available in Florence. You can always get a good burger and fries when you get back home. read more
