My daughter can't eat gluten and they offered a GLUTEN FREE noodle which can be used in any pasta dish. They didn't have large selection of wines by the glass but I ordered the chianti classico for $6 and it was amazing quality for the price compared to what I am used to in the US. I wish I had written down the label so I could buy some at wine market.

My wife had the Tagliolini with Ragu, which is what you call Tagliolini with Bolognaise, except when in Florence. My wife enjoyed it, but it didn't quite have the depth of flavor that we had elsewhere in Italy. This restaurant, as is the case for many restaurants in Florence is known for it's steak. However, having just had steak the night before, I went with the pasta. Still no food. Mean while I am watching as burger after burger is brought out of the kitchen and delivered to just about ever other table in the place. Finally 45 minutes after my wife's food arrived my burger was here along with the food for couple next to us. With such simple ingredients, they were able to create such memorable and delicious dishes that we keep talking about long after the trip.
