They also had several rooms where you can host birthday parties and an upstairs floor with additional seating to eat and hangout. It is nice because the whole place is indoors so you can always enjoy the place in all weather conditions, which is great if you're looking for entertainment as a family. All the staff were really nice, and helpful, including the lifeguards. You can bring in your own coolers of food, drinks, etc. just no glassware, which helps on costs too. I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice, clean indoor swimming!

Normal price point (about $10) They have a $12 souvenir cup you can buy and it's unlimited refills every-time you come. The burger comes on a really yummy almost Hawaiian bread bun! It's big and comes with a ton of fries You can also bring food in as well as a cooler Adult drinks can be found upstairs Tables downstairs are free and far between and some folks were simply just not raised right so they will see your items, see that your sitting their and as soon as you get up, they will take your chair. Rude! Bought a summer family session pass non resident $300 for 2 adults and up to 4 kids who live in your house hold! Worth it!!

By their standards hers was as well but they didn't mention it to her until I brung it up, I wasn't the only one wearing a bikini like that but it just so happened my top was a little small for my size. In one of the life guards words they were "about to fall out" when they most definitely were not. They said that because there were children that we could be issued a refund(which after they promise we found out they couldn't issue), rain check or come back later today with a different bathing suit. I also asked why we weren't turned away at the door, apparently they just weren't paying attention until we were there for a while. We were just sitting in the alcove when they came up to us and asked me to put a shirt on. Up until this point none of the other lifeguards said anything, I'm pretty sure none of them would have even looked twice, the policy said anything "overly revealing" but I feel like that's specific to each person. I wish they would make the policy more detailed, extremely disappointed and me and my friend felt very discriminated against just cause I happen to have a big chest. Tons of bugs in the pool as well.

He loves waterparks more than anything in life, but we've already been to Great Wolf Lodge on multiple occasions, and we preferred to book with Bonvoy points over shelling out the cash for GWL. Plus, we didn't have a ton of waterpark time on the schedule - win, win, win. One thing that was frustrating is that there was zero record anywhere on the internet of the height requirement for the slides here. Well, internet, I'm here to save you with the answers. We have a son that was 43" as of this visit, and he would be crushed to get his hopes up about doing these slides, only to find out that he's not allowed to. There's one big water "castle" with 3 slides. Those requirements are 42". We actually came here a couple of years ago and he definitely did those slides then, and he was most certainly not 42" then. So I'm not sure if they just changed these or they just weren't enforcing the rules in 2023, but they definitely were measuring him on this visit. Then there's one bigger water slide that's stand alone. The requirements are that you have to be 48" to ride freely, but 42-47" is ok with a life jacket. And then the same restrictions apply to the zip line where you can jump in the water after hanging from several feet above the water. The annoying thing about this was that we were there early in the morning and were the only ones doing it. Yet the lifeguard literally measured my son each time he walked up, despite the fact that he was literally doing it over and over again with no one else around. Make it make sense. Overall, this is not the most amazing waterpark you'll find. But when you book with points, all you have to pay is the resort fee and for parking. It's pretty good bang for your buck when you think about it in those terms.

So first of all, I love that there were no kids running around and it was a grown and sexy vibe, they had a DJ and they had different areas that were selling drinks and food I believe. So when I have seen commercials, I will admit that I thought that the lazy river was bigger and I thought there were more rides. The night I went, not all the rides were opened, I don't know if that's because it was a grown party or if they didn't have enough lifeguards. Regardless though, I had a great time, I hang out with my friends for about 2 hours. There was one point, where there was a big group between the wave runner and the lazy river that were having a dance party and doing line dances. I was able to get discounted tickets because we bought them early, so if I have the opportunity to do it again, I definitely would.

I don't think regular pricing reflects the experience, so we wait for deals and go in the off season, spring break in the summer is crazy packed unless you go right at open in a weekday, and even then lines get long before noon. I would never go on a weekend. It is also incredibly humid so bring tons of water, more than you would think. The rises are great, the staff is well trained and super sweet, and the side activities or entertainment they get occasionally is always a great addition. The crowding really does take away from the experience though.

They check your bags/cooler and scan your tickets, then let you go about your day. My friend and I split the cost of a shaded Splash Picnic spot just to make sure our older kiddos had a landing base to re-up on snacks and drinks. Our name was printed on the reserved spot making it officially ours! It is SUPER cool they allowed our own cooler with ice packs, although it would've been a tiny bit more amazing to sip on a girlie marg. I sent my friend on a scavenger hunt to see if they sell any type of alcohol of any kind and turned up empty, just as a heads up to others who may wonder too. While I mostly stayed in the toddler swimming hole and kiddie water slides, and shuffled over to try out the wave pool, my oldest told me about the Lazy River on the other side. She also told me about her "losing her soul" on the dropout slide ha! She had fun, but it took her breath away for sure. Bathrooms are air conditioned. Parking was ample, shade was more plentiful than Hawaiian Falls, and you can reserve seats online if you don't want to risk not having a spot. Overall, a fun family-friendly space to have a good time outdoors!

The cleanliness can obviously be a bit more kept up with, but I do see the guards taking out the trash. The concession stand is quick and has some pretty tasty options. We've gotten the pizza, prices are on the steeper side. Def worth it to grab a whole pizza for $20 versus the price they charge for one slice. My kids love the diving boards, they have two (although one has been out of commission this week - hopefully they fix it quickly!) It's on the smaller size but manageable to take your kids and find a spot to sit and you can keep watch of the kids while they run around. Bathrooms need major attention, but it would be nice if people could keep up with their own trash a little better too.

They have TWO splash pad areas for smaller kids & many other areas for the bigger kids. Only downfall during our experience was they unexpectedly closed one of the splash areas for the little kids right as we got there, so we only got to play in one of the toddler splash areas, but my kids still had an amazing time! Cheap to get in and you can stay all day as they have concession stands with food/drinks for purchase. Will be spending the remainder of summer here!

The room we stayed in looked outdated, and we had toilet flushing issues right from the first use, which wasn't a great start. The water park itself was enjoyable, and we didn't have any issues there. I do want to give credit to the lifeguard staff... they were very attentive and clearly doing a great job keeping an eye on the kids, which we really appreciated. We ate dinner at Fireside Restaurant and had a good experience there. One tip: don't rely too much on the app waitlist as it showed limited availability, but when we checked with the host in person, we were seated right away with no wait. Breakfast at Timbers Table & Kitchen, however, was a complete letdown. I didn't expect to pay $78 for a buffet breakfast for two adults and two kids, especially when the food wasn't good. The donuts tasted like they had been refrigerated overnight and were barely edible, and even the self-toasted bagels were stale... no amount of toasting helped. If you're reading this, I highly recommend bringing your own food for at least breakfast to save money and avoid disappointment.
