We discussed the work I needed done on a rental property in Tombstone AZ, and he agreed to meet up with us at the home on the following Saturday. Cliff and his assistant arrived promptly, a little early actually, which was nice. We walked through the property and pointed out what we needed done, which was mostly outlet installs. Cliff gave us several suggestions on good places to install them. A few of our heavy duty appliances had been tripping the breaker, so he explained to us in detail how he could fix that also. To our surprise, he was able to schedule the work to be done within a few days. We don't reside in town so the work needed to be done without us on the premises. During our meeting, he was friendly and felt very trustworthy so we left him our keys to the place and within days he had completed the job.
