(I learned the hard way not to waste too much time responding to a deal because I lost a couple investment homes that were perfect for my needs.) It's a two page document where all they have to put is the sellers name my name and date......8 fuckin hours and they didn't even put my address on the thing so I have to contact the listing agent in order to get the check.
