Recently, I asked for just one extra day to make the payment and was told no--the item was forfeited. I'm devastated because the pieces had deep sentimental value, and I had already paid thousands over the years. I expected some flexibility or goodwill given my long history as a customer, but the response felt rigid and unsympathetic. Policies are policies, but a single-day grace period for a longtime, on-time customer didn't seem unreasonable. If you decide to use this shop, get their grace-period policy in writing and don't expect exceptions--even for loyal customers.
